Gabriella the planning specialist, was SO helpful with our wedding day timeline and communicated everything promptly and informatively. The client portal is also very helpful for planning the timeline, updating info/details, asking questions, and viewing our finished photos. Our photographer, Mike, was a blast to work with and we highly recommend him for those in the Chicago area. He was assigned to us about 2 weeks before the big day (due to a conflict with the photographer we were originally assigned) and he made sure to reach out to me right away so he could get to know us and get caught up on our timeline and details. His fun, goofy personality kept us at ease throughout the day, he did a great job wrangling the bridal party, and helping with poses so we felt comfortable having our photos taken all day. He was also super efficient with our group photos and sunset photos- we actually had time to sit down and eat dinner! “Working with Pedro and his team at Albany Capture Film & Photography Studios was a game-changer for our wedding. From the moment we booked them for our engagement session and saw those photos, we knew we made the right choice. After the engagement session, we ended up hiring Pedro for all of our bridal events! The bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and full 12-hour wedding day, we had Pedro and his team there for them all! Pedro and the entire team showed up ready to work hard and have fun—they were smiling the whole time, even after 12 hours on their feet. The second photographer was especially great at making my husband and his groomsmen feel at ease during their getting-ready photos. We also hired a videographer and content creator through Albany Capture and our experience with them was also great! We have not seen the video yet, but I was sent hundreds of little videos from the content creator just 2 days after the wedding along with 2 recap videos. If anyone is on the fence about hiring a content creator, just do it!!! Its the best way to see content quickly while you are still on the wedding high. We so enjoyed watching the videos while on our mini moon. What really impressed us was how quickly Pedro turned around a handful of sneak peek photos just days after the wedding, and they're absolutely stunning. Pedro was just really great throughout the entire process and I am so glad we hired him. We can't wait to see the rest of the photos and would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for photographers who are responsive, professional, and genuinely fun to be around.”

“When I first looked into booking with timeless Texas, I was a little concerned about other reviews that mentioned that they had experienced a lack of communication from this vendor, and not knowing exactly who from their team would be at your wedding until you've already booked - but after looking at their work, and speaking with the company I decided to move forward and book with them because I really liked the idea of hiring a "team" for photo/video who would know how to work together versus hiring individuals who may get in each others way / clash. At first, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at Timeless after booking, but when concerns were brought to a manager, they were handled quickly & professionally. They did assign a photographer who I did some game planning with, but then they assigned me a different photographer, so I had to start over with my game planning with her. My new photographer was Victoria, and she did an incredible job. I did provide a very detailed shot list, but unfortunately it was not followed so we did miss some very important photos. Otherwise, she was easy to talk to in the planning phases, stayed in communication, asked all the right questions, and was fabulous the day of the event. I was also assigned a videographer, but the communication from her was lacking. My videographer contacted me once in December, and I did not hear from her until just before the wedding, only because I had reached out to management again expressing concern. The videographer then reached out for a planning phone call 3 days before the wedding, and basically told me that she would just be following the photographer around. The day of, the videographer was great to work with, and the video was beautiful. Turn around time for photos and videos was short and overall I am very happy with what I received on both ends. I would happily recommend them to other brides, I just think there needs to be some work on the communication end of things, like the company could set up minimum expectations for anyone on their team. I could see this stressing out a type A bride, whereas I was more relaxed about the planning process so I just dealt with it and moved forward”

What was important to my Fiance and I when selecting a photographer was someone that would do the basics, quick responses, a modicum of flexibility, shows up on time, that kind of thing. We also wanted someone who would be fun to work with, listen to our requests, and when needed share, based on his extensive experience, what we should be doing differently. We wanted a photographer that could direct people in group shots, and direct us! we're not models (even if my wife looks like one) but Branson was fantastic at getting the best and most natural poses out of us.
