“Hiring Elliot was, hands-down, the best decision we made while planning our elopement. We were worried he'd not want to hike with us at Starved Rock State Park after our ceremony, but he was stoked to go on the adventure with us. He got to our ceremony spot with time to spare and was able to capture us gathering our 5 witnesses and walking them to the ceremony spot. Our ceremony pictures are so emotional. Elliot has a gift for capturing the depth of emotion being felt. He got beautiful photos of us with our parents that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
After the ceremony, we hiked for THREE HOURS!!! in and out of the canyons at Starved Rock State Park. The photos we got can only be described as fuc*ing epic. There were two canyons in particular I wanted to have photos taken and we were able to do both and so much before, after, and in between. We also got an insanely gorgeous video shot with drone footage, that we used to announce our elopement to our family and friends. We also got our sneak peaks back so fast! He was really good at directing us, especially as a couple who has never taken professional photos together before. He just made the whole process, the entire day, so much fun. We genuinely had such a great time and they are memories that we will never forget!
