Our wedding was everything we hoped for. Courtney (our coordinator) was warm, organized, and made the day run smoothly. Mikayla and Malia were so friendly and helpful, and Christy (bartender) kept checking in to make sure we had drinks in hand. We also really liked our DJ, Madeleine—she kept the energy up all night, but considering I had given her a very long list of songs we really liked, I was sad when she played some that weren’t even on the list, particularly during dinner service, knowing that meant less time for the songs we loved most. The ceremony site was stunning, and the reception space perfectly blended rustic mountain charm with elegance. The prime rib was excellent, and overall, the food exceeded our expectations. Dropping off, having them set everything up and picking up decorations went so smoothly. Unfortunately, the contracted bakery that was included in our package never got back to us, even after we followed up multiple times. Because of that, we had to use an outside baker, The Cakery Pastry Studio, whose cake was amazing—but it cost us more money out-of-pocket, even after receiving a credit. The Gold Nugget Cabin was clean and charming, though the bathrooms are dated. I did appreciate that they had recently updated the bridal suite, which made for beautiful “getting ready” photos. I do wish check-in had been earlier for photos, as I felt rushed before the ceremony. My only real regret is not adding an extra hour to the reception—it flew by too quickly. The only big negative I have to share is how close to the wedding they were able to confirm our rehearsal time between 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM. That impacts travel time for the wedding party. In my case they were all coming in from out of state and navigating child care. Not knowing if they’d need to fly in the night before or if they could swing an early AM flight until just 6 weeks before our date added extra stress on me and our wedding party.

Our wedding at Granby Ranch was a dream come true. The venue is simply gorgeous with its picturesque mountain views and quaint, nature-filled setting. Jennifer and her team were so responsive, thoughtful, and quick in all of our communications leading up to the big day. We felt they really listened to what we envisioned for our wedding and worked hard to make it happen. Jennifer hosted a private tasting for us to sample catering options, which was above and beyond. We collaborated to create a custom bar package that gave our guests plenty of drink varieties to enjoy. On the wedding day, Jennifer and staff flawlessly executed everything we had planned together. From the ceremony overlooking the mountains to the reception in the beautiful lodge, it was magical. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our ceremony and reception at the Rose; our wedding was 3 weeks ago and we STILL can't get over how perfect our day was! We owe our sincerest thanks to Emily Ridenour, our coordinator and wedding-planning wizard, as well as Patricia Zutman for the speedy and informative communication from the get-go. When deciding on the initial aspects of our ideal wedding, an all-inclusive and budget friendly venue were at the top of our list. The Rose exceeded any and all expectations that we had in those aspects and more - so much so that it was the only venue (out of 30 corresponded with) that we viewed and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From initial contact, Patricia and her team were direct and transparent with what the Rose offers and how we could make our dream day a reality. After solidifying our decision, we were blessed to work with Emily prior to and the day of our wedding. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the planning process and made sure we had everything covered along the way. I cannot fully articulate how incredibly amazing Emily is at planning and executing an event without a hitch! In addition to her assistance with planning and day-of coordination, we added her decor/set-up/tear down service - as a DIY bride this was an absolute blessing and truly brought my vision to life. We received countless compliments throughout the night (and to this day) about how awesome Emily was and how perfectly the night went. Along with Emily and Patricia, we are truly grateful to all the amazing staff that helped make our wedding as magical as it was. The bartenders, servers, and cooks (and everyone in between) made the experience an unforgettable one for us and our guests. The Rose's food is beyond words in terms of quality, look and taste. We had the 14er Buffet Style Menu and were obsessed with the beef medallions and pork loin. Drinks were made consistently perfect and there was never a line for 100 guests! We cannot thank the Rose enough for giving us the most beautiful day. We will ALWAYS recommend them #1 to anyone looking for their dream team & venue 3

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding weekend at Hotel Boulderado. The staff was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process, which made everything feel seamless. Our getting-ready space was perfect, and the coordination around vendors, transportation, and guest logistics was handled with great care. Our guests loved staying at the hotel, and everything from check-in to valet ran smoothly. We couldn’t recommend Hotel Boulderado more highly.
