“Amber and Kristy did a great job on the makeup and hair for myself and my bridesmaids, and makeup for my mom. They were fun, friendly, and informative, and everyone looked beautiful. They listened to my feedback from my trial, and everything came out even better on the day. I felt so beautiful all day, and never worried once about my hair or makeup staying in place, even through SO many tears (even when the wind decided to take my veil, it popped easily back into place)! And everything was so comfortable for how durable it proved to be - no drying products or pulling on my hair. Amber and Kristy's work is a great value, and they fit right in with my bridal party, making the start to the day that much more fun.
My only critique was the timeline - I was working without a coordinator, so I trusted the professionals to lay out a timeline that they were comfortable with. Ultimately it just wasn't enough time, and despite my mother-in-law dropping out of the lineup (for unrelated reasons), my makeup still finished late. I understand this stuff happens, but I felt like the only one concerned about continuing to fall behind, and we would have had no issue getting started earlier if asked. So I would recommend some buffer in your timeline, particularly if you are DIYing it, but they did a great job!”
