We have a 3 person service minimum to book on location services. If you do not have enough people you can choose to pay the equivalent of the minimum.

Yes. We can accommodate any size bridal party. Tell us how many and we’ll do the rest. Pampering you and your bridal party is most important to us. We will take care of everything, making sure everyone looks gorgeous.

We book out 1 1/2 -2 years in advance. So it’s best to inquire ASAP and secure your date. We require a signed contract and 50% non refundable retainer. The retainer is applied to your final balance.

Absolutely! Our signature is a soft romantic look that is glowy & modern that will leave you feeling gorgeous on your big day.

Yes. Travel fee is $1 per mile to and from the location that you will be getting ready at.

Yes! We highly suggest them! You should book your trial 3-6 months before your wedding day. All trials are done during the week Tuesday - Friday at the studio located in Mystic,CT.

Enhanced Natural Beauty
I can't say enough great things about Nikki! She did hair and makeup for me (the bride), four bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom and everyone (with many different tastes and different ages) was so happy with how they looked. She asked for inspiration photos for everyone and it really allowed people to highlight what they like as part of their individual look, but the genius of Nikki is that while she gives everyone individual attention, everyone looks cohesive together. Everyone looked gorgeous and also like themselves, just an elevated version. Nikki and her team really helped to create a very calming environment as we got ready in the morning and I actually felt so relaxed while I waited for my turn in the chair. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted through the end of the night, looking just as gorgeous as they did when Nikki finished working with them, even the bridesmaids who were all ready to go by 9am! I was really nervous about booking a hair and makeup artist because I don't usually wear a ton of makeup and I wanted to make sure I still looked like myself. In our first conversations, Nikki took time to talk through the makeup I do use and what I wanted to look like on the wedding day. At the trial, I had photos from pinterest for makeup and hair but I was worried I wouldn't be able to express what I liked from each look. Nikki took the time to ask questions and clarify what it was I liked and I was so thrilled with my trial. When I saw myself in the mirror on my wedding day, I was so thrilled that I looked like myself, just at my very best. Truly I can't say enough good things about Nikki!

Simply the Best!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki. From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. Even during our very first call, she went above and beyond—offering thoughtful guidance and great recommendations for my pre-wedding skincare routine. On my wedding day, Nikki handled hair and makeup not only for me, but also for six women in my bridal party—and she did it all with the most thoughtful, kind, patient, and calming presence. For my own look, she created the most beautiful, elegant ponytail that was exactly what I had envisioned. It felt soft and natural, stayed perfectly in place all day, and photographed flawlessly. Nikki took the time to listen to what each person in my bridal party wanted and made everyone feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen. She was honest and helpful with her suggestions, incredibly organized, and somehow kept the entire morning running seamlessly without ever making us feel rushed. My hair and makeup turned out exactly as I had hoped—natural, timeless, and flawless from morning to night. Beyond her talent, what truly sets Nikki apart is her heart. She brings such warmth and positivity into a room, and it made the entire experience feel so special. I am endlessly grateful to have had her as part of our day and would recommend her to any bride a thousand times over.

Wedding Hair and Makeup
Nikki was recommended to me by our wedding venue, Jonathan Edwards Winery, and I am so happy I reached out to her. From our very first call she understood that I wanted my makeup to look natural on my wedding day as I don’t usually wear a ton of makeup. Before my hair and makeup trial she took the time to talk about my skincare regimen and recommended skin products to get my skin ready for the wedding. My wedding day hair and makeup was better than I could ever imagine. I felt so beautiful but also looked like myself. My hair and makeup also stayed in place all afternoon and night with no touch ups so that I could focus on my wedding day. I highly recommend booking Nikki for your wedding or event!

The Loveliest
Beauty By Mineko was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day! Their communication was thorough, honest, and classy, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about all things hair and makeup. I went through four or five trials before my wedding because I loved all of their work so much, and Nikki always gave me an honest opinion without being rude or off-putting. She was like my right hand throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond for me and our big day. The quality of their work was confident and long-lasting, and it was worth every cent! They did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, and were even there as a shoulder to cry on when I needed it. I don't know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend Beauty By Mineko to any bride-to-be looking for a professional, caring, and talented beauty team for their wedding.
