Whether we were picking a photographer or deciding what kind of candles to use, she was always full of practical advice and creative ideas tailored to our tastes and budget. Stacy isn’t just a wedding planner — she’s a partner who is eager to understand and then produce your unique vision for the day. Stacy goes above and beyond every step of the way. Her motto — which you’ll hear a lot — is “we can do that!” Just one small example of many: I procrastinated on getting a hairstylist only to finally do a trial and realize I really didn’t like the result. Without even being asked, Stacy immediately jumped in and found multiple incredible hairstylists, even reaching out to confirm their availability and pricing. I’ve had so many people compliment me on the wedding, specifically how thoughtful and well-executed it was. Almost every single one of them has mentioned Stacy. Her professionalism, competency, and uncanny ability to subtly resolve any last-second problems makes for a stress-free event where your only job truly is to enjoy the day. And her attention to detail (like putting cute tags on the water carafes with refill instructions) makes even the littlest pieces feel special. She was always exactly where I needed her on the wedding day, checking in, making sure we were fed, re-bustling my dress moments before our first dance. I was able to really relax knowing she could handle whatever came up. If you’re hoping to find someone who is as excited as you are about seeing your dream wedding come to life, Stacy’s the one. Where do I begin? We are beyond grateful for Natalie. She truly made our wedding day a dream and our day couldn’t have ran smoothly without her. Lauren was instrumental in solidifying our timeline and ironing out all the details. She kept everyone in line at the rehearsal and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch, all while being incredibly friendly and fun. On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, beautiful decor setup, a structured and organized coordinator, and a supportive friend along the way, you should absolutely hire her. 10/10!

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. Then, just when things got stressful—a hurricane hit Florida the day before we were supposed to fly out! Our flight was canceled, and I was panicked. Lynn called me and remained so optimistic! Brittany was an awesome day-of coordinator! If we had to go back and do it again, Brittany would be one of the first people we would call. She brought a much needed calm, conscientious, and confident presence to give us the perfect day. She was around every step of the way to understand the big-picture and minute-by-minute logistics. She helped us create our timeline, wrangle and align all the vendors, and stayed in close contact with everybody to keep the event going the exact way we imagined. When small issues would emerge, she handled them with ease and speed. When we ran behind schedule, she was reassuring and did a great job helping us prioritize what we needed to do. She was also incredibly hospitable and thoughtful – she even brought us a plate of appetizers since we were doing photos during our cocktail hour! Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was.
