“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“We found Brandon through our wedding planner Christine Garrison of CMG Events. She suggested him because we were interested in having someone play acoustic guitar and singing during the wedding. After chatting with Brandon, we hired him to play the guitar for our ceremony, act as a wandering minstrel during the cocktail hour, and DJ the entire event. Our ceremony took place outdoors in an open lawn area. Brandon did a great job with setting up the sound. Everyone was able to hear both us and the officiant clearly. The acoustic rendition of Heartbeats (Jose Gonzalez) and Wildflowers (Tom Petty) he played for our processional and recessional were beautiful and really set the mood we were looking for. Brandon also did a great job DJing the event. He was able to take a small number of songs and expand the playlist to not only fit our tastes but keep the party hopping. We had expected that we would have minimal dancing and that our crowd would mostly just sit around chatting. However, Brandon was able to keep the energy up and the dance floor going throughout the night. It far exceeded our expectations and made the night really memorable. He was extremely professional throughout the planning process. We had several calls leading up to the wedding, and he made it easy to communicate what we were looking for in the event. We added songs to a few different playlists which he used as a jumping off point. He also provided suggestions for all the important moments (e.g., processionals, recessional, first dance, grand entrance). His contract and other documents were also clear and always sent promptly. On the day of Brandon arrived on time for set up and did a great job with all aspects (sound, DJing, acoustic performance, and lighting) of the event. He looked extremely professional and was communicative throughout the day, constantly checking in with the planner and us to make sure everything was going well. If he wasn’t sure about a song, he’d ask before playing it. Best of all, he was extremely reasonably priced. His assistant, Josh, was also very nice and did a great job.”

He wasn’t just a part of our wedding day, he made our wedding day. He played live cello pre ceremony for all the guests to enjoy that was truly so beautiful. But the live cello as I walked down the aisle is a memory etched into our hearts forever. “First of all, we wanted to say thank you to DJ Daniel and DJ Inessa for helping make our June 2026 wedding so memorable. We booked the AZBESTDJ Team after a short phone call with DJ Daniel. He answered all of our questions, made the booking process simple, and we immediately felt comfortable choosing them for our big day. Our wedding included an outdoor ceremony and a reception at a second venue about 15 minutes away. Since it was a longer wedding with an outdoor ceremony and then reception following at two completely separate locations that were a few miles apart, DJ Daniel recommended bringing a second DJ. That turned out to be a great decision because everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. DJ Daniel provided the ceremony music and a wireless microphone for our officiant, who was a family member. The timing of every entrance song was perfect, especially the bridal entrance. Guests even commented that they could clearly hear every word of the ceremony. The reception was just as much fun. Our parents and older family members loved the classic dance music, while later in the evening DJ Daniel did all the MC introductions and announcements we had planned. The dance floor stayed busy all night, and at 1am we he had big smiles and our guests are still talking about how great the dance music we chose and that DJ Daniel implemented was. “1000/10!! Lucky Devils gave us absolutely the best wedding experience possible. All communication and planning calls were extremely professional, prompt, and easy. We had a prescriptive plan on our music taste and preferences, which Lucky Devils was happy to accommodate, but they also gave guidance based on their expertise, which we so appreciated. We put playlists together because we wanted certain songs playing, but by the time the band came on (we just gave them general guidance beforehand, nothing too prescriptive), their set list was exactly what we were looking for and they completely set the vibe and energy of the party with little direction. We hired them for our ceremony music, which they were able to do with the live guitarist as well as use a speaker for walk down the aisle songs. Everything went seamlessly and exactly how we imagined, but somehow even better. Working with Lucky Devils was an amazing experience from end. They were also very positive and lively on-site, which made us and the guests have so much fun. We have a family band and Lucky Devils even let them play a live song, which will always be one of our favorite memories from our wedding day. Lucky Devils is a one stop shop and can help you with anything, as they have such range- you can hire for your ceremony AND reception (even if in different locations) as an emcee, DJ, live band, etc. and that's exactly what we needed. They have tons of clients at one time but somehow made us feel so special and like we were their only client. Music is so important to us, and honestly I have been putting together a playlist for years, so we were looking for the best group possible to host the experience we were looking for. “Hella Fitzgerald, led by the amazing Lilan Kane, did a fabulous job at my son’s wedding. From the clear and timely communication with Lilan herself (no third party manager) over the months leading up to the big day about our budget and hopes and dreams, to the actual wedding day, it could not have been more perfect! The highlights were the epic brass band that led the 200 guests from the outdoor wedding ceremony to the reception, the mother-son dance (perhaps not the dancing skills but definitely the beautiful rendition of “What the World Needs Now (Is Love)” by Lilan and her band), and the song set with the glorious horns that kept the dance floor hopping (with everyone from the youngest guest to grandma) all night long! It went by too fast, but the memories will last forever! We could not have been more pleased! I could not recommend Hella Fitzgerald more!”

“We hired DJ Ki for our wedding on 8/2/2026 and we are so happy we did. From the start, he was so nice and the form he had us fill out was very thorough and helped me think through music-related planning I hadn't considered yet. He responded to emails in a timely manner and overall I always felt confident he would do a great job. His timing for the ceremony was flawless (and I had very specific instructions), his transitions were great, and he read the room very well during dancing. He played all of the songs we requested and didn't play any from our "do not play" list. His energy was so kind and positive, he was a joy to have at the wedding and we have since gotten compliments from so many of our guests. At one point I went up to ask him to play a specific song from our playlist and he already had it queued up next! We are so glad we hired him and would do so again for any other event.”
