“TL;DR - when they say full-service, they mean full-service! Easily the best food and drink we (and most of our guests) have ever had at a wedding. The staff and especially our coordinator, Erica, were highly communicative, accommodating, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make our wedding as great as it could have been! Well worth the price! It's worth noting that they were partnered with our venue, Olio Event Space in Peabody, MA, but I have little doubt that they'd do an excellent job just about anywhere else they're willing to go. We had first heard of Vinwood through our venue because they had specific requirements and a list of partnered vendors we more or less had to choose from without a ton of hassle. While this could have easily become a nightmare, nearly all doubt was washed away as soon as we attended a tasting they hosted. We got to experience firsthand how great their food and staff were before getting into the thick of things, and we were able to get a head start on picking entrees, hors d'oeuvres, linens, and chinaware while we were at the tasting. When we had to lock things in, Vinwood was willing and able to accommodate our handful of allergic/picky eaters and create a dessert spread (cookie, brownie, and ice cream sundae bar) for us because we didn't want a wedding cake. From there until the big day, they remained very communicative about what they needed from us and what we could expect from them throughout the process, even going so far as to help us map out the order of operations in the wedding! Finally, on the big day, Erica and her staff took care of us throughout and were all very kind and personable. They went above and beyond in helping us decorate and brighten up the space to make it perfect for us, and we were once again blown away by the service, food, and drinks. We had lots of comments during and after the wedding about how great the food and drinks were, too. They took care of everything in the table and chair setups/moves/breakdown with what Vinwood, the venue, and we provided, all in a timely manner. I'll never forget one of the staff stopping to let me know the bar was closing, and despite getting lost in conversation again and again, she personally brought over a drink for me with a wink and a smile when she saw me failing to get away. If you couldn't tell by now, I can't sing them enough praise - thank you, Vinwood!!”

“From the very beginning, Floriana staff impressed us with their knowledge, kindness, and can-do attitude. The group tasting was wonderful. Floriana staff ran an entire mock wedding for the tasting, inviting vendors in, and showcasing the "add ons". We were also able to meet our amazing coordinator, Amber, and explore Floriana in more detail at our leisure. At our details meeting, Amber was thorough, kind, and did a great job of helping us guide our thinking, without forcing any opinions on us. We felt so comfortable working with her throughout the entire process. She did an excellent job of leading us without making us stressed. On the day of our wedding, we chose to rent out Floriana from 9:00 am on. It was amazing getting ready on-site while watching our venue come to life. The included getting ready suites are so beautifully decorated, but were also incredibly functional. There was plenty of space for everyone. Not only was everyone comfortable while getting ready, our detail photos came out beautiful. Floriana's early morning staff was so kind and accommodating, and made every person who came to the venue early feel welcomed and relaxed. As the bride, I diy'ed a lot of parts of our wedding. I gave some direction to Amber and her team as to where and how things should be set up. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (including a seating chart that would not stick to its frame). Amber personally took care of everything and anything, making herself known to us, and helping with even the smallest tasks (like my broken seating chart!) Our wedding day was 90% humidity. It was a beautiful August day, sunny, 80s, but unfortunately incredibly humid. Amber and her team made quick, appropriate decisions to make sure the wedding party and our guests were taken care of. We especially loved that Amber would always come directly to us with important decisions, but made them simple and flexible. Despite not having a rehearsal dinner, Amber and her team executed a wonderful ceremony. The wedding party did not have any guesses as to what they had to do, as she made sure we were exactly where we needed to be, at exactly the right time. After the ceremony, Amber's team ushered us to the gazebo, where our signature drinks and selected hor d'oeuvres were waiting for us. It was one of the highlights of the night, sharing our new marriage with the people closest to us, before joining the rest of our guests. The attention to detail from the entire staff was impressive. The humidity finally broke during our reception, with lightning, thunder, and a 20 minute torrential downpour. The Floriana team handled it extremely well, keeping our guests dry in the tent. Once again, Amber did a fabulous job of keeping us in the loop, asking for our opinions, without being overbearing or disrupting the flow of our reception. Throughout the entire night, Amber made sure we had drinks in hand, plenty of food, and were served any specialty items first. We felt so special and cared for the entire evening. Leaving at 10:30 was truly difficult! Floriana could not have been a better option for us, and we are so grateful for all the love and support they showed us while going through this process of hosting a wedding and getting married! The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the people are amazing.”

We gave DJ Shyne what we thought was an impossible challenge: blend pop hits, Spanish tunes, emo throwbacks, Disney jams, booty-shaking hip hop, and a long list of theme songs from our favorite TV shows and movies (everything from The White Lotus to Saw). On top of that, we added a handful of random, deeply personal songs you’d never expect at a wedding. What happened? Not only did he execute this perfectly, but he became the catalyst for a wedding that felt curated exactly to US—spinning a history of us both as individuals and our journey together woven into a seamless soundtrack. His mixing was unique, unexpected, and so much fun. As the bride, there was no place I wanted to be except on that dance floor. Our guests went wild. Compliments poured in all night and days after. We got so many texts like, “BROOO your DJ?! ” that we started to lose count. But it wasn’t just about the music. From the very first Zoom, DJ Shyne radiated charisma and professionalism. He carried that positive energy into every planning meeting and right through the reception—he even gave our speakers personal pep talks before their toasts! “I very recently got married, and the planning leading up to the wedding went so smoothly and so quickly! Venue, florals, photography- things got checked off our list with relative ease. It can seem like a simple pick, but if you don’t want to have a friend or family get ordained, and you’re not a member of a traditional religion, it can be a harder match to make. But then, we found Tara at Witchy Woman Weddings and reached out immediately. We’re so glad we did!! Inquiry was simple and responses were fast. We only spoke through email leading up to the day itself, but Tara does have the option to book meetings if you’d prefer some face-to-face contact in the lead up to your big day. She has such a peaceful and warm presence that, even if you’re meeting her for the first time at the altar for the ceremony as I did, you feel that calm and kind energy emanating towards you. The process for creating your ceremony script is both easy and personalized- Tara has an in-depth questionnaire to fill out that covers a wide range of topics so she can tailor the ceremony to your unique story and the vibe you’re aiming to create. It really covers all the bases but doesn’t feel daunting to complete. After that, she delivers a sample script and makes sure to note that edits can be made if there is anything you want changed- we didn’t make a single change to ours! We got emotional just reading through our draft and were amazed at how she captured us in the writing. To sum all this up, I am beyond grateful to have found Tara. She was the perfect person to join us together, mixing elements of both the traditional and the not-so-traditional on our Friday the 13th wedding. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a truly special, unique, and heartfelt ceremony. At the risk of sounding a little cheesy, she truly helped make our day a magical one!”

“My now husband and I were nervous about the entire wedding process, knowing we wanted something a bit simpler, more intimate, and “nontraditional” in this day in age. We found Olio through social media and booked a tour right away. Walking up the staircase quite literally took my breath away. I was an emotional bride :) but the vast concrete walls, original flooring, and high ceilings brought tears to my eyes. We were “one and done.” Sarah, her team, and what they have created on Main Street is truly magic. We chose some budget friendly options (for items such as flowers and decor) but no matter the size, every bride is treated with luxury customer service. I’m not sure how we got so lucky, it feels like we found some sort of precious gem. We struggled to find the right words to do it all justice. Simply put, we feel so grateful. Grateful to have found Olio, Sarah, and experienced the magic firsthand. Each of our guests who attended was more taken with the space than the next. We cannot recommend it enough; you simply have to experience it for yourself.”

“Being a curly-haired bride, I was very nervous about finding a hairstylist who could tame my mane for my wedding day. After speaking with Sophia, all of my fears melted away. She reassured me in her abilities to give life to my curls with her tiny curl wand. “Okay where do I even start? Erin is the absolute sweetest, a true gem! My mother in law referred her, and we couldn’t have been luckier. She made Matt and I feel so comfortable and confident the entire day, and even weeks leading up to the wedding day. The one thing I would recommend is hiring her, because your wedding day is the most chaotic overwhelming beautiful experience, and she keeps you cool, calm, collected and fully present. There would be moments where I would get overwhelmed, and she would just remind me to take a deep breath and enjoy it because it truly goes by in a blink! “Jojo is an amazing hair and makeup artist. Her work is beautiful - I am so happy with how my hair and makeup looked, and she made the whole bridal party look incredible! Her pricing is fair and I especially love that she focuses on making the bride feel comfortable at the trial and the day of. She was the perfect person to be there on such an important morning.
