Trumpeter's room can comfortably seat 125 guests but accommodates up to 200 for a cocktail reception.

    Prom Venue

    Andover Country Club was the perfect choice for our recent wedding reception. From the moment we reached out, their communication was prompt and professional. The venue itself is clean, bright, and spacious - the view of the golf course is truly picturesque. The staff was extremely accommodating, with plenty of friendly and helpful team members to ensure our large guest count was well taken care of. We were impressed by their responsiveness, both leading up to and on the day of our event. The food was also delicious, further adding to the overall excellent value we received. Based on our experience, as well as the positive feedback from our guests, I would highly recommend Andover Country Club for any formal event.

    Outstanding venue, exceptional service!

    We had the pleasure of having my husband’s group Christmas party at Andover Country Club in Andover, MA. We could not have been happier and more impressed by the professionalism of our event coordinator Jordyn. From our very first conversation until the evening of the party, she was unbelievably diligent, respectful of our needs and requests, very courteous, accommodating, and a joy to work with. We had all the details in the contract, but it wasn’t until we saw it , that we realized they went above and beyond to make this event very festive and unforgettable for everyone. Our guests were in awe of the venue, with all the decorations, the exceptionally prepared delicious food, and the impeccable service throughout the event. We can’t wait to come back for our annual party at the end of this year! We highly recommend this place for any event! They know how to do it and they do it the best!

    Classic style

    I've worked with Andover Country Club for the last 15 years and have always been delighted with the quality of the staff and referrals we get from them for events. The food is always delicious, well-presented, lush and abundant. The grounds are meticulously kept, with so many spots for gorgeous photos. The staff has years of experience to help guide guests craft an event that creates memories to last a lifetime.

    Great place to have a wedding

    I have been photographing at the Andover Country Club for over a decade and every time I’m there. I get an amazing wedding or event. All the details are so well thought out and the staff is so accommodating. It makes my job very easy. They are true professionals and I am very much looking to working with them in the future.

    Amazing wedding venue!

    My daughter had her wedding at The Andover Country Club in October 2022 and the day was more than we envisioned! The staff was attentive from our very first meeting and accommodated our every wish. The food was amazing and our guests raved about the quality. I would highly recommend The Andover Country Club to any bride searching for a beautiful venue with the most attentive wedding coordinators.

Please submit a final menu selection 8 weeks in advance to the Catering Office. All food items must be supplied & prepared by the Andover Country Club. Any food prepared by the Andover Country Club may not be taken off the premises due to insurance & health code regulations. We are pleased to honor special dietary requests, please speak with an Event Manager. Before placing your order, please inform your manager if a person in your party has a food allergy.
The sale & service of all Alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. As a licensee, the Andover Country Club is responsible for the enforcement of the regulations. Our policy is that all alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the Andover Country Club, including those used for favors.
The club reserves the right to limit & control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by club guests. No alcoholic beverages can be allowed to leave the premises. The duration of service for alcoholic beverages is limited to no more than 4.5 hours per event. No outside food is permitted with the exception of a wedding cake provided by an insured, professional baker.
Ask your Event Manager about Vegan, Gluten Free & allergy friendly meal options.
A guarantee of the exact number of guests for any function is required 14 business days prior to the function; otherwise, the highest estimated number will be used as a guarantee. In addition, events offering two entrees will need to submit exact numbers of each. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction.
An initial $2,500 deposit is required in order to hold the wedding date, prior to receiving the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to the event date in the form of a certified check, cash or ACH. All deposits received are non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Without establishing billing privileges, all functions must be prepaid 14 days prior to the event. Payment must be made in the form of a certified check.
The club reserves the right to charge a service fee for set-up of function rooms with extraordinary requirements. Minimum requirements & room charges exist year round. Please inquire with our Catering Department for specifics.
In compliance with applicable laws, regulations & club rules, client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons or vendors in attendance & for any damage done to any part of the club’s premises. There is to be no confetti, rice, bird seed or any similar materials thrown on the club premises. No games involving metal or plastic coasters are allowed on the dance floors. Nothing is to be adhered to the walls.
All displays and/or decorations proposed by guests must be preapproved in each specific instance. The club will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, doors, light fixtures or ceilings of any rooms with materials other than those supplied by the club. The club will not be responsible for any articles left after the event. No open flames allowed. No confetti, silly string, birdseed, rice, or colored water are permitted. Some restrictions may apply for photos on the golf course or cart paths.
Ceremonies may be held on either the Trumpeters Terrace or in the Gardens. Please keep time of year & darkness factor in mind if considering an outdoor ceremony. The Trumpeters Terrace may only be utilized by patrons who have reserved the Trumpeters Room. A ceremony set up fee will apply for all ceremonies. Some restrictions may apply. Please inquire about indoor winter weddings.
