Lindsay took the time to set up a call with me to review her THOROUGH questionnaire to ensure she new all the important (and minor) details. On the day of, Lindsay made me and my family feel so comfortable and eased a lot of the anxiety I was having! She knew exactly what to do and I relied on her for direction and reassurance.
