July-2024 we hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in the White Mountains of NH. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the entire weekend. But the hospitality, service, food, location & splendor of a well kept historic grand dame hotel made our entire experience a spectacular, elegant and enjoyable weekend for everyone! Guests enjoyed golfing, hiking, relaxing by the pool or the veranda surrounded by gorgeous views all weekend. Friday evening we entertained our guest with a private welcome party on the South Veranda. We were able to customize a menu with the chef- treating everyone with a taste of South Indian dishes honoring the region of India our son-in-law & family are from. The ceremony & reception were held at the Rosewood Lodge at the top of Brettonwoods Ski Area. A gondola ride to the top provided a fun experience, helping to build the excitement for the main event. Having the entire lodge, patio top of mountain to ourselves made it feel exclusive and very special. Accommodations- the MW is a magnificent grand historic hotel beautifully decorated with beautiful grounds. It is clean & well maintained for being 125 year old large busy hotel. The bride & groom had their 1st look at the main hotel- providing a beautiful setting & capturing the grandeur of the hotel. Service & Hospitality- in a word it was-Outstanding! The wedding consultant(Katarina Doucette- Senior Catering Sales Manager) was so helpful, accommodating & responsive throughout the entire process. Every staff member from the banquet coordinators, chef, servers, hotel cleaning staff & front desk took such special care of us - despite being a busy summer weekend we felt we were exclusive guests of the hotel. A special shout out to the gondola operators- they were so helpful getting our wedding decorations loaded & up/down the mountain. They even enthusiastically decorated the bride & grooms gondola with lighting for a crazy/fun send off at the end of the night! To end the weekend - we had a delicious Sunday brunch buffet for our guests in the beautiful main dining room. We utilized nearly every area & aspect of the Mount Washington Resort and had great experiences the entire weekend! Weddings are expensive but we felt every penny we spent was well worth it and appreciated at The Omni Mount Washington Resort. The pictures from the photographer - Lena Marisola - really say it all!

Heidi was the most helpful during the planning process. She answered any and all questions I had about the space and logistics. She was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Matt was amazing on the day of the wedding. He made sure the ceremony and reception went smoothly. He even drove my husband, myself, and our photographer back down the mountain after the ceremony in his own car! He continually checked in with me and made the day much easier. Now for the space itself - we were immediately blown away by the King Pine ceremony location at the top of a mountain overlooking the beautiful lake. We got to take the ski lift up to the ceremony with our guests and I know those will be unforgettable pictures! Our reception was tented at king pine field and everyone raved about the whole thing from start to finish. We spent our time canoeing and kayaking with our dog and spending time with our friends and family. I can’t recommend having your wedding at Purity Spring enough!

Choosing Camp Cody as our wedding venue was a huge decision and an excellent choice. Anna was so helpful throughout the process, and Dora was amazing weekend of–I never saw her standing still. The venue is so gorgeous, and being able to host our friends and family for a whole weekend made everything go by more slowly, with plenty of opportunities to connect with everyone. The Capture the Flag game we held morning of was a big highlight. The food was INCREDIBLE, and our guests haven’t stopped commenting on it. Everyone says you don’t eat at your wedding, and you better believe that was not true for us. As a person with a lot of food allergies, I’ve never felt more cared for and accommodated, and it was amazing to have that for our guests as well. In one notable moment, my cousin with celiac jumped with joy at the prospect of having gluten free pancakes and french toast for breakfast. The accommodations were comfortable, even in 30-40 degree temps overnight, the heat really works! Staying on site and not having to run around everywhere looking for everything and everyone made a big difference as someone without a planner. Also, arranging folks in cabins was not as stressful as we expected it to be. With our smaller wedding, we had plenty of space to spread people out. Thank you again to White Mountain Weddings for an amazing weekend!

Camp Skylemar provided a perfect venue for our vision of a camp-themed wedding. The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Arleen and Kristen not only listened to our ideas but offered their experience to make our weekend go off without a hitch. All of the spaces at camp are meticulously maintained, warm and inviting. I cannot think of a better place for our wedding to have happened. Camp Skylemar is awesome and we'd highly recommend working with them and choosing this venue!

We had our wedding at Wolfsburg farm this summer and it was spectacular! The outdoor ceremony location was breathtaking and the barn for the reception had that perfect rustic charm. The venue has PLENTY of space which makes for an amazing cocktail hour / hangout section. They set up a lounge space with rugs and chairs for our guests to hangout in and it was a big hit. The view from the field is GORGEOUS especially at sunset. We opted for the weekend package so our guests could camp overnight and hanging out with friends by the fire as the night winded down was something we will always cherish. Ashleigh and Andrew made the whole day so special and easy. Ashleigh helped with planning needs and coordinated everything so we didn’t have to focus on anything except enjoying our day. I can’t recommend this venue enough. You will have an amazing day you will never forget here.

The natural beauty of the venue is unmatched; our wedding was in late September, and the leaves had just started to turn, creating jaw-dropping foliage that framed our ceremony. You truly cannot beat the mountain views from the ceremony spot—it was breathtaking. What made the experience even better was the incredible team and their commitment to personal service. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond, taking the time to truly get to know us and understand our vision. She personally helped with the decor setup and brought my ideas to life even better than I had imagined. I had mentioned wanting a seating chart that looked like a Sunday River trail map, and while I had explored options on Etsy, the resort actually designed a custom one for us that was stunning and perfectly captured our history with the mountain. The hospitality throughout the weekend was top-tier, starting with the food, which was absolutely out of this world. Our banquet manager provided the best service we could have asked for, and I felt completely supported throughout the entire reception. Being checked on and cared for by the staff allowed us to actually stay in the moment and enjoy ourselves. Sunday River went above and beyond to make our day special, and the time they took to understand us as a couple really stood out. If you want a venue with world-class customer service in a location you truly cannot beat, I cannot recommend the Sunday River Wedding Company enough!

Choosing the Barn on the Pemi was the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding! From the very beginning they made the process so easy! As soon as we toured we fell in love! The atmosphere is perfect and the greenhouse gives the option for an outdoor wedding regardless of the weather! We knew that we wanted a Halloween wedding, but end of October is always a toss up with weather! We lucked out and got a 70 degree day and ended up switching to the terrace! The views were breathtaking! Our coordinator Krysta was incredible! She was always there to help out with any problems or questions leading up to our wedding! She went above and beyond the day of and truly made our day so special!! By the end she didn’t feel like a coordinator, she felt like a friend! The food was incredible! All our guests have reached out to rave about the food! Overall the barn was just incredible in every aspect and gave us the wedding of our dreams!

From the first time we met with the team at Ogontz Rustic Resort, we were impressed by their timely, genuine, and knowledgeable communication. They took amazing care of us and all our guests, from the 3-month-old babies to my 91-year-old Grandpa, ensuring our wedding day was truly incredible and a family affair. It was incredibly important to us to have all of family and friends in one spot for the weekend. We had guests from all around the globe, and everyone agreed there was no where like it. I highly recommend the firework send off at the end of the reception. It’s a wonderful show. The Ogontz team went above and beyond. We are so grateful. Not only is the venue and the grounds amazingly stunning. The food was on point. Every meal was taken care of and no one complained. (When does that happen??) It's been over a month, and our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding they've ever attended. Ogontz Rustic Resort provided us with the best weekend of our lives, and I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue that will make their special day unforgettable. I can not wait to go back and visit our Ogontz family.

My husband and I had one goal in mind when we were planning our recent wedding: we wanted everyone to have fun! There is not a better place we could have imagined for our wedding than Bayside Bowl!! From our first FaceTime to the sweet note we just got in the mail two weeks after our wedding, every step of the process was smooth and we couldn't have been in better hands than with Micaela and the entire team at Bayside. With a wedding of a little over 100 people, we got pretty much unanimous feedback that our wedding at Bayside was one of the most fun that anyone had ever attended. In truth, this is largely due to the care and ease with which Micaela managed everything! We had an absolutely stress-free wedding and felt so well-taken care of throughout the event and in the run up. You'll enjoy the tasting event where you get to sample offerings from Bayside's awesome menu before your wedding, and the food was also a hit with the guests! We couldn't have wished for a more perfect wedding weekend than the one we had at Bayside.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel. From start to finish, the entire team made our wedding weekend absolutely seamless, beautiful, and stress-free. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Lindsay Plantier, the Hotel’s Catering Sales Manager and our wedding coordinator. Lindsay was extraordinary—accommodating every last-minute change, working with our budget, and helping us customize the perfect dream wedding. On the wedding day itself, we were completely hands-off and everything ran with incredible professionalism. We received so many compliments from guests who noticed how organized, smooth, and well-run the entire event was. The staff throughout the hotel deserves major recognition. From check-in to check-out, we felt truly cared for. The front desk team was warm and attentive, and even the waitress assigned to us at our reception went above and beyond—checking in throughout the evening to make sure I ate, stayed hydrated, and could be fully present with our guests. Every single employee we encountered was kind, professional, and clearly part of a well-oiled, highly coordinated team. The ballroom itself was stunning. We didn’t have to purchase any extra décor besides a few bud vases we chose to add. The hotel provided linens, table numbers, candles, charger plates and more at no additional cost. The room looked polished, elegant, and absolutely beautiful! We also loved that our package included a farewell brunch at the Top of the East, which was gorgeous during the day and at night. We invited guests to "meet us at the Top of the East" after our reception to serve as an after party for those not ready to tuck in for the night. Guests raved about both the daytime ocean views and the nighttime skyline. The convenience of having everything under one roof was priceless. Our guests appreciated being able to park once and enjoy the entire weekend in one place. We were married at the church directly across the street, making it incredibly easy for everyone to move between events safely and comfortably. Choosing the Westin Portland Harborview was one of the best decisions we made. The venue, the service, the staff, and especially Lindsay created a wedding weekend that exceeded every expectation. The State Theatre, located at 609 Congress Street in the heart of Portland, Maine’s Arts District was originally built as a first-run movie house in 1929. The historic building recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to restore its glory.
