With stunning views of Sunday River's alpine Jordan Bowl, the outdoor terrace at the Jordan Hotel provides one of the most naturally stunning backdrops at the resort for your ceremony. Its location allows parties of up to 170 guests to easily use the hotel's Sliders Restaurant for the reception to follow.

Grand Summit Ballroom
This premier venue offers the perfect blend of convenience and alpine charm for your celebration.
The Grand Ballroom at the Sunday River's Grand Summit Hotel is a spacious yet versatile venue, capable of holding up to 300 guests. A slopeside ceremony space nestled under the Little White Cap chairlift is available for outdoor nuptials, located adjacent to the resort's largest hotel. Smaller, more intimate ceremonies can also be hosted on the Terrace directly outside of the ballroom.

North Peak Lodge
Perched at 2,100 feet, this mountaintop venue offers panoramic alpine views, romantic ceremonies, and unforgettable receptions.
A chairlift will whisk up to 160 guests to the mid-mountain Peak Lodge, which offers a large, outdoor patio and gorgeous panoramic views of the surrounding mountains - not to mention hopelessly romantic sunsets. Our Chondola chairlift allows you and your guests to ride to and from the Peak Lodge in style, choosing from open chairs or enclosed gondola cabins.

The best day ever!
We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding at Sunday River Resort. The venue is absolutely beautiful—especially in the fall with the foliage, it made for the perfect backdrop. The food was excellent, and the entire planning process was very smooth. Communication with the coordinator team was easy and consistent from the beginning, which made a big difference in reducing stress. They also provided a day-of coordinator, and Cambelle did a fantastic job making sure everything ran seamlessly. She helped coordinate all the vendors and kept everything on track so we could truly enjoy the day. Overall, highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a scenic, well-organized, and memorable wedding experience!

Our "Happy Place" Delivered a Dream Wedding!
Sunday River has always held a special place in our hearts—it’s where my husband and I met and started our relationship—so there was truly no question where we would get married. From start to finish, the Sunday River Wedding Company made our dream day a reality. We hosted our entire wedding weekend at the Jordan Hotel, which was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Having our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, and reception all in one central location was an absolute game-changer for our guests and made the entire weekend feel like a seamless, stress-free experience. The natural beauty of the venue is unmatched; our wedding was in late September, and the leaves had just started to turn, creating jaw-dropping foliage that framed our ceremony. You truly cannot beat the mountain views from the ceremony spot—it was breathtaking. What made the experience even better was the incredible team and their commitment to personal service. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond, taking the time to truly get to know us and understand our vision. She personally helped with the decor setup and brought my ideas to life even better than I had imagined. I had mentioned wanting a seating chart that looked like a Sunday River trail map, and while I had explored options on Etsy, the resort actually designed a custom one for us that was stunning and perfectly captured our history with the mountain. The hospitality throughout the weekend was top-tier, starting with the food, which was absolutely out of this world. Our banquet manager provided the best service we could have asked for, and I felt completely supported throughout the entire reception. Being checked on and cared for by the staff allowed us to actually stay in the moment and enjoy ourselves. Sunday River went above and beyond to make our day special, and the time they took to understand us as a couple really stood out. If you want a venue with world-class customer service in a location you truly cannot beat, I cannot recommend the Sunday River Wedding Company enough!
