The Courthouse Square (opening September 2023), great for weddings of 100-120 guests (150 max, depending on floor plan) and is a show stopper with it’s historic architecture and modern finishes. The Barn is a wedding and event venue with 13,000 square feet of event space and a capacity of up to 500 guests. The Barn features two beautiful wedding suites , two state of art bars, a large dance floor, and plenty of room for a DJ or full band. BiXi Beer presents an ideal venue for your special day, offering delicious food from our James Beard nominated head chef, Bo Fowler. As well as a space that requires minimal additional decor. Choosing us for your wedding allows you and your guests to enjoy either a cocktail party for up to 120 people or a seated dining experience for up to 80 people. Our base rental includes four hours of private access to the entire second floor—The Atrium, Green Room, Lounge, and Terrace (weather permitting). You'll also receive dedicated staff, tables, chairs, and service ware. Additionally, you and your vendors will have access to the space two hours before the event for setup and one hour after for breakdown. We offer a variety of Banquet and Bar Packages featuring our favorite menu items and signature cocktails, allowing you to create a personalized experience.

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Welcome to 223 Main! Located in the Heart of Downtown Lemont’s historical district, just three doors down from the Metra Station, 223 Main boasts a storied origin. Initially built in the 1900s as a double storefront, it transformed throughout the century into a department store, political office, coffee shop, and now an event space. 223 Main is owned and operated by a local Lemont couple, Hector and Lauren Tamayo. Hector grew up in Lemont and always loved the downtown area. At the beginning of 2020, the coffee shop leasing the space decided to close down. While brainstorming what the building could be next, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Lauren and Hector decided to cancel their destination wedding and remodel 223 Main. After having their intimate wedding at the building, they decided to officially launch 223 Main and open the space up to the community to enjoy.
