This 7,500 square foot lofty gem is nestled in the heart of the West Loop. The architecture is both modern and tasteful, showcasing both Venetian plaster and exposed brick walls, alongside marble slab bars harmonizing texture with elegance. Each of its two floors is impeccably decorated equipped with a full bar. The main floor, located on the third floor of the building, features a commercial-grade kitchen. The top floor features a stunning floor to ceiling retractable glass wall that vanishes to reveal the seamless flow between their indoor cocktail area and their outdoor terrace space. Their selection of lounge furniture, dining tables, and interior decor provides clients with an endless amount of arrangements to choose from. The flexibility of the space makes the venue suitable for private parties, fundraisers, corporate events (both intimate and large scale), and weddings. The venue can be rented in its entirety or each floor separately.

The restaurant / venue is named after my mom, Ila, who embodies everything about hospitality and warmth. Our location is beautifully decorated with a large, full service bar, exceptionally comfortable seating, exposed brick, and a space for DJ and dance floor. It is perfect for smaller weddings (100 or less people) or for larger welcome parties. As owner, I will be on site to ensure you have the best experience. Sip on our signature cocktails and enjoy modern Midwestern comfort food from our in-house kitchen, Funeral Potatoes. For a more intimate setting, head downstairs to Nightshade, our cozy cocktail lounge. You’ll find carefully crafted drinks alongside non-alcoholic options to ensure everyone feels satisfied. Ethereal Confections is more than just a chocolate company. At Ethereal, we know just what you’re looking for in a wedding venue, and our staff is dedicated to making your special day perfect. We now have two location offerings! The Loft at Ethereal is our original venue with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows. Your guests will be greeted with the aroma of chocolate as soon as they walk in. It has an ideal capacity of up to 80 guests (100 max). The Courthouse Square (opening September 2023), great for weddings of 100-120 guests (150 max, depending on floor plan) and is a show stopper with it’s historic architecture and modern finishes. With amenities such as a large wedding suite with lots of natural light and a separate ceremony room option, the space has been renovated with you in mind.

Private Dining by Sepia offers an intimate and sophisticated venue in Chicago’s West Loop. The contemporary design and exquisite cuisine create a refined setting for weddings. Kuma's Catering specializes in classic American fare, celebrated for their delicious burgers and tasty sides, such as, mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. A full beverage package can be included, featuring premium beers, wine, and liquor. Kuma's Catering works with multiple dessert vendors to create the perfect sweets table, if requested. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, can be accommodated. Additional rental items, such as, dishware, silverware, glassware & linens are all additional options based off of your needs. Full time and part time service staff and bartenders are hospitality professionals. If you do not need full service catering, delivery and set-up options are also available. From appetizers to late night snacks, Kuma's Catering will ensure that your menu reflects your personal style and preferences.

Wild Onion Brewery and Banquets is a rustic wedding venue located in Lake Barrington, Illinois. It is truly a unique one-of-a-kind destination. The Great Hall was built in 2006 with a clear vision of unparalleled beauty that would invoke a sense of architectural awe and serenity. It is anchored by a large timber frame cathedral ceiling that overlooks a beautiful 11-acre lake. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Grbic wedding venue offers over 3,500 square-feet of wide-open space, complete with exposed white washed brick and elegant archways that act as a perfect canvas for your personal touches. With is soaring wood ceiling and original brick walls, The District, built in 1907, combines classic American architecture with modern touches. LOULOU is Lula Cafe's private event venue, located around the corner from the restaurant in Logan Square. We offer seasonal favorites from Lula's menu, along with a full bar, custom cocktails and assorted dessert options.

BiXi Beer presents an ideal venue for your special day, offering delicious food from our James Beard nominated head chef, Bo Fowler. As well as a space that requires minimal additional decor. Choosing us for your wedding allows you and your guests to enjoy either a cocktail party for up to 120 people or a seated dining experience for up to 80 people. Our base rental includes four hours of private access to the entire second floor—The Atrium, Green Room, Lounge, and Terrace (weather permitting). You'll also receive dedicated staff, tables, chairs, and service ware. Additionally, you and your vendors will have access to the space two hours before the event for setup and one hour after for breakdown.
