From the moment we had our first meeting to our incredible engagement shoot where we fell even MORE in love with Michael’s work and his kind personality to the wedding day itself, Michael conducted himself with grace and professionalism that gave us the upmost confidence that we had made the right choice in hiring him to be our photographer. On the wedding day itself, Michael was prompt efficient and so deeply kind to us, the bride and and groom, our families and friends, and our guests. He navigated a very tight and early timeline effortlessly. He captured every moment that we asked for, even some that I had forgotten I asked for! Michael remembered throughout the stress and intensity of the wedding day. In the planning process, Michael provided us with an incredible photography timeline that went on to be the timeline we based much of the wedding around. It was so structured that we were able to pass this document along to our other vendors and our hotel to use as a guideline for our wedding day. You can only imagine how incredibly helpful that was. Michael went out of his way to remember the names of my family and friends of which there were many! He chose a second shooter who was just as kind and professional. The following day, exceeding all expectations, Michael provided us with stunning preview photos that, when shared with family and friends, had us all in tears from how stunning his work was. As a graphic designer and illustrator, I put so much work into the aesthetics of my wedding day from my invitation to the menus and place cards to the dress that I chose, my veil, the jewelry…Michael thoughtfully captured each and every aspect of the wedding decor and design, highlighting a design on my dress I loved, as well as capturing beautiful candids of our family and friends as they celebrated us. It felt like he captured our day in 3-D! Not only was he able to beautifully capture candid moments, the poses that he would recommend to us and our families looked so natural and lovely! The different photography techniques he employed to get stunning portraits looked like something out of a magazine despite the quick pace of the day. We were amazed by the result! I am including some of his work from our wedding in this review because they they say a picture is worth 1000 words but I think Michael’s photos are worth millions.
