    Wedding ceremony/reception

    From our first conversation, Alexis made the whole process easy and fun. She showed up on our wedding day prepared with everything we needed and more, which took so much stress off our shoulders. What really stood out was how effortlessly she worked with our guests and captured the moments that mattered most to us. Her photos are calm and beautiful, exactly what we were hoping for. Alexis brought such a relaxed energy to the day that we almost forgot we were being photographed.     Wedding!

    Alexis Guidas Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photography. From the very beginning, Alexis was extremely communicative and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.     Alexis Guidas Photography was amazing to work with for our wedding! From the very start, Alexis was a great and timely communicator, always responding quickly to our questions and requests. On the day of the wedding, she was professional, personable, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photos Alexis took were absolutely beautiful - we got back so many wonderful shots that captured all the special moments of our big day. As an added bonus, Alexis also provided us with a beautiful custom USB and USB box to store all of our photos, which was such a thoughtful and high-quality touch. As soon as possible! Wedding photographers often book up quickly—sometimes a year or more in advance. If you’ve found a photographer you’d love to work with, it’s best to secure your date right away to ensure availability!
I aim to deliver a small set of sneak peeks within 24–48 hours of your wedding day. Your full gallery will typically be ready within 2–14 weeks, depending on the season and my current workload. If for any reason the delivery timeline differs, I will communicate that with you in advance.
You can expect about 50 to 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Yes! A non-refundable retainer of at least $200 is required to secure your date for weddings booked well in advance. From there, you may choose to make smaller payments weekly, monthly, or on a schedule that works best for you. For weddings booked within a shorter time frame of the wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to secure your date instead of the $200 retainer. Please note that payment plans are not available for weddings booked within two weeks of the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2–7 days prior to your wedding day.
Yes, I can absolutely accommodate shorter coverage. For example, if you would like photography for just the ceremony and part of the reception, I can create a custom package tailored to your needs. Simply let me know what you have in mind!
Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances; however, the 50% retainer OR $200 retainer is non-refundable. The retainer is designed to secure your wedding date on my calendar and protect against potential cancellations or rescheduling.
