Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. The Bushnell Event Center is one of the leading venues for hosting weddings, ceremonies, corporate events, holiday parties, showers, and other events in Downtown Springfield, Ohio. Built in 1893, the remarkable venue has led the way in hosting the most elegant events. The Bushnell Building was built in three stages in 1893, 1903, and in1939. The building continues to be renovated internally to meet tenant needs. The Bushnell Building remains of the most impressive original structures to flank the city’s central square. It is a monument not only to the days of booming business in Springfield but also to the civic involvement of one of Ohio’s great leaders.

We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Canyon Run Ranch is a destination wedding venue in a lush, green, privately-owned nature preserve situated on 153 acres. Pretty Prairie Farm is truly a one of a kind unique venue, all original woodwork, cleaned and restored to its original charm, the perfect place for your perfect day. At Pretty Prairie Farm you can choose any caterer you like, although we do have a list of some great local companies that we have had in the past as well as DJ’s and other vendors. We have an inside capacity of 350 guests. Below are a few links to some previous weddings to give you a better idea of the property. The barn was build in 1840 and the Victorian house in 1896, both have been restored to capture all the original charm and yet incorporate handicapped bathrooms, prep rooms, and bar. The farm is located 1/2 mile off the road down a paved lane lined with 118-year-old hedges. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating

We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

The Palazzo is a spacious, 10,000 square foot reception hall in Botkins, Ohio. The open floor plan allows for all guests to gather in the same room. The large, hardwood dance floor is visible from every guest seat in the facility. The bride and groom will be the center of attention as they are seated at the head table. During the dinner portion of the evening, the bridal party is seated on the dance floor. The outdoor patio allows for additional space to serve guests dinner for larger weddings or serves as an additional space for guests to mingle. The Palazzo has been a family owned business since 2004. The Doseck family strives to make every bride and groom's wedding day as special and unique as they had always dreamed.

Enjoy your wedding day on our five acre historic venue, located 3 miles west of Tipp City. Our historic barn is conveniently located off of I-75. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

THE GEM by Christopher's is a full-service venue for weddings, receptions, parties, business meetings, and much more. Rentals or Turn-Key solutions. The Windamere wedding is truly all about you. Welcome. Hidden Valley was originally a tree farm that we purchased in 2017. When many older couples choose this time in life to size down, we chose to size up this beautiful 38-acre property. We have been very busy ever since making improvements. The 8000 sq foot house was way too expansive for our needs so we almost immediately converted two gorgeous mother-in-law suites into Airbnb units. They were immediately very busy. The Barn of Hidden Valley was born over time as we watched our family, our Airbnb guests, and our church family enjoys the property. We have always loved inviting others to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us every day.

Walt's Hitching Post is a popular restaurant and private venue space in Ft. Wright, KY, minutes from downtown Cincinnati and CVG Airport. Walt’s sets the stage for couples to host an unforgettable celebration. The building, was used as a hunting lodge for Western & Southern executives in the early 1900s before being restored in 1942 by Walt Ballanger, who made his mark in the community by serving delicious smokehouse ribs. In 1958, Bill Melton purchased and successfully ran the business for 50 years. Today, Walt’s, under new ownership since 2012, continues to welcome people with a unique equestrian theme by preserving Walt's rich history and traditions. There are many photos of the late Melton's prized thoroughbreds. Walt's also showcases original exposed log walls and a cozy stone fireplace in the main dining room. Outside, the property has colorful landscaping, Walt’s Rib Smokehouse and stunning entry doors. Walt's has 4 private dining spaces that seat from 10 to 100 guests.

We can host your rehearsal, wedding, and reception and provide a place to stay for 11-25 guests using a variety of alternatives. We will plan ahead for inclement weather using tents, even a shelter house across the street. Have your wedding late in the day and sit around a bonfire as the evening draws to a close. If you take steps to test your marriage strength Before You Say I Do, either Warren or Pearl can be your officiant/pastor. We offer a one-stop planning service that includes Zola to simplify your wedding planning, even if you choose another venue. Our indoor venue can host 20+ people. The Medallion Club is a classic country club and ballroom wedding venue located in Westerville, Ohio. Couples can choose to use any of the four event spaces, ranging from scenic indoor to uncovered outdoor areas. The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

Our 12,500 square foot barn is now complete. This new building has seating for 350 guests and beautiful photo opportunities for your big day. With weddings already on the books through 2024, we’re ready to get started! The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall. To our surprise couples began booking weddings and to date we have hosted more than 50. The venue is three stories and features the main ballroom, two full service bars, a full service kitchen, changing rooms, and onsite accommodations for the couple.
