Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!
