“If I could give more stars I would. Marco and his team go way above and beyond. Being in the events industry ourselves, we know how hard it is to put on an event such as a wedding. And of course no matter how much you prepare nothing always goes as smoothly as planned. We forgot to order plates for the bread and cups for our coffee, even though we told Marco we had it taken care of and unbeknownst to us, Marco and his team had to scramble last minute so we were taken care off. Just a glimpse of his service and the food.. to die for. Coming from a big Italian family, the food is the most important part of the wedding and all night /the next day all of our guest said “that was the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding “ hands down it was the best spread and tasting food! From the initial inquiry, to the call within an hour of submitting it, the constant communication, the delicious meals, apps and THOSE LOLLIPOP LAMB CHOPS! The portion sizes, the wait staff… it was all just wonderful. We’ll be definitely be using him again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for this service. I could go on and on, honestly. “Maeghan was so helpful and patient with us not knowing what we were doing and changing our minds throughout the planning phases. When I had questions I could always count on her getting back to me within a day, often the same day. The staff that were on site the day of the wedding were phenomenal; professional, kind, and EFFICIENT. I didn't get a chance to interact with them too much as I was losing my mind most of the day. We arrived late to the venue and they were already there; had tidied up the things we'd left out from setup the night before and were setting tables for us. They kept things running smoothly the whole day and went well beyond what I expected for clean up. I was too wound up and anxious to eat at all, but the guests all said the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is that clean-up may have been TOO efficient, we had to go hunting for boxes afterwards! :)”

“About 5-6 months before our wedding, our original caterer re-quoted our pricing that I had signed over a year ago and it had increased by almost 15k! I was so distraught and stressed, as you can imagine. Luckily I found Soraya through a Facebook wedding group after I had asked for a second opinion. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING DAY. My husband and I are Cambodian and Chinese and trying to find any upscale asian caterer in the NorthShore was darn near impossible. I had my heart set on an upscale multi-course asian banquet menu. We ended up with 10 courses! Soraya made it happen and all the food was made on site at our venue in Peabody (the Olio). Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! To think I almost went with drop catering as I thought that was my only option. Thank goodness I found Soraya! As anyone who has ever thrown a big event knows, the food will make or break an event. And Soraya's food MADE our wedding a huge success. Soraya made sure fried foods were crispy, hot foods were HOT, and each table service was flawlessly delivered. Even our foodie families were happy with the food and were so surprised at how authentic everything tasted. We had menu items that were Chinese and Cambodian. I would hire Soraya and her team again, and again, and again. She kept me at ease and made sure everything was flawlessly executed. THANK YOU again for everything Soraya. For starters, she created a delicious menu accommodating over a dozen allergies. The dessert pies that she recommended from a local bakery were amazing. Jodi was very easy to work with. She gave good advice on the floor plans and was very patient with us when we made multiple changes to the seating arrangement and table sizes. Her team setup our DIY decorations and made the reception hall beautiful. And the staff were a delight to work with. Among the lovely reception, and our guests enjoying the meals, did we enjoy the food on our wedding day? Of course not! Why? Because you don’t eat on your wedding day.
