    Made Our Wedding Extra Special

    Phinix Kitchen catered our wedding reception., and we couldn’t be happier. Sam and his wife were kind, generous, and professional. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented—our guests are still talking about it! They went above and beyond with setup and service. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portions. Highly recommend and would absolutely hire them again!

    Fabulous back yard wedding feast

    Our experience with Phinix Kitchens was exceptional from start to finish. Sam and his team were easy, fun, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire planning process, even with the 6-hour time difference between Hawaii and Massachusetts. They were hardworking, authentic, and provided wonderful service on our wedding day. Sam and his team arrived early to set up and stayed late to help with clean up, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly suited for our backyard summer wedding. We were thrilled to have Phinix Kitchens there to serve our guests and would absolutely hire them again in the future. They were a true pleasure to work with and helped make our special day truly wonderful.

    Great experience with Phinix!

    My wedding was in August of last year - and I am still getting compliments from guests regarding the food at the reception! Phinix delivered the perfect balance of elegance and affordability. As a couple on a budget, we were worried we'd have to compromise on quality, but every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. They even drove it and set everything up in a neighboring state as our wedding was not in Mass!! The team was professional, responsive, and made everything feel seamless. Setup was on time, portions were generous, and they even accommodated our vegan and gluten-free guests without extra fuss. Phinix made our wedding feel upscale without the upscale price. We can’t recommend them enough for couples who want refined food that’s budget-friendly.

    Great caterer!!

    Phinix Kitchens was an exceptional wedding caterer that we highly recommend. From the start, their communication was fast, responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating to all of our needs. They provided a high-quality, budget-friendly menu that offered great value and met all of our guests' dietary requirements, including food allergies. On the day of the wedding, the Phinix team showed up on time, provided wonderful service, and ensured everything was perfect for our special celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience and are so grateful to Phinix Kitchens for helping make our wedding day unforgettable.

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery Greater Boston Area and beyond. We are very reasonable though
Yes, our event minimum is $1000 for all weddings
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for FREE at our Cambridge Kitchen
We are great communicators on the phone or zoom - that's where we will get all the logistics info and firm up the menu. But of course we are happy to accommodate your visit if you'd like to stop by in person. For more elaborate/complicated venues, we do not mind sending out a scout in advance (FREE) to ensure that during the event day everything goes smoothly
For spring, summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance. We are a high capacity kitchen and can accommodate large numbers in with short lead times. We have saved many events when the other caterer dropped out - we have a very reliable track record
We serve Greater Boston and a radius of about 100 miles around that
Yes, we can accommodate pretty much ALL dietary restrictions - Gluten free, pork free, Halal, Kosher (would come from our separate kitchen for additional charge), nut-free, dairy free, vegan and more
No. Our goal is to be budget-friendly. We aim to provide excellent food, professional presentation and great value. No extra bells & whistle that inflate your price tag. Nickle & diming, and hidden fees are something we cannot stand and we do not do. Our customers love us for that!
