“I can't recommend this company enough! From my first interaction with Rob to working with Nick on our wedding day, everything was so smooth and professional. I was looking for a non-traditional wedding DJ, someone who wasn't too cheesy or "in your face," and that is exactly what I found with this company. We loved working with Nick M. and had chosen him specifically because he was recommended for the type of music we prefer. He read the room and understood the vibe we were going for and was able to fill in the blanks in our provided playlists perfectly. We got so many compliments from guests regarding how good the music was, which made us really happy. Nick was also very flexible and accommodating as we had a lot of last-minute song choices (night before and day-of). He did everything to make sure we were on the same page with the song choices and song order, especially regarding the grand entrance and first dance songs. My only regret is that I didn't get to talk to Nick more amongst the craziness of the wedding day! I would highly recommend Second Song and Nick M. for all your wedding DJ needs!”

“Golden Bells was PHENOMENAL! Marlon and the entire band absolutely crushed it at our wedding. Not only is every musician insanely talented, but Marlon curated the night perfectly -- easing in with oldies to get our parents and older guests moving, then seamlessly shifting into the EDM, pop, and Bay Area rap we love. It felt like the soundtrack of us, and everyone could feel that. One of the highlights of the night was when the band came onto the dance floor with drums, trumpet, guitar, and trombone -- and even let us drum in a bit. The energy was unbelievable. And Hava Nagila with a full live band? Unreal. The band/DJ fusion setup made the entire reception feel elevated, unique, and unforgettable. They're truly a one-of-one. “We found Brandon through our wedding planner Christine Garrison of CMG Events. She suggested him because we were interested in having someone play acoustic guitar and singing during the wedding. After chatting with Brandon, we hired him to play the guitar for our ceremony, act as a wandering minstrel during the cocktail hour, and DJ the entire event. Our ceremony took place outdoors in an open lawn area. Brandon did a great job with setting up the sound. Everyone was able to hear both us and the officiant clearly. The acoustic rendition of Heartbeats (Jose Gonzalez) and Wildflowers (Tom Petty) he played for our processional and recessional were beautiful and really set the mood we were looking for. Brandon also did a great job DJing the event. He was able to take a small number of songs and expand the playlist to not only fit our tastes but keep the party hopping. We had expected that we would have minimal dancing and that our crowd would mostly just sit around chatting. However, Brandon was able to keep the energy up and the dance floor going throughout the night. It far exceeded our expectations and made the night really memorable. He was extremely professional throughout the planning process. We had several calls leading up to the wedding, and he made it easy to communicate what we were looking for in the event. We added songs to a few different playlists which he used as a jumping off point. He also provided suggestions for all the important moments (e.g., processionals, recessional, first dance, grand entrance). His contract and other documents were also clear and always sent promptly. On the day of Brandon arrived on time for set up and did a great job with all aspects (sound, DJing, acoustic performance, and lighting) of the event. He looked extremely professional and was communicative throughout the day, constantly checking in with the planner and us to make sure everything was going well. If he wasn’t sure about a song, he’d ask before playing it. Best of all, he was extremely reasonably priced. His assistant, Josh, was also very nice and did a great job.”

“They say a dream is a wish your heart makes, and Erica was truly a dream to have at my wedding, not only as a musician, but as a warm and kind presence. The very first time I spoke with Erica I just fell in love with her warmth, kindness, professionalism and confidence. We laughed so much on the first call I knew immediately I had to hire her. After the call, my fiancé said that musician you spoke with made you so happy you better just hurry up and hire her. I never even spoke to another musician…I knew none could even come close to Erica. I hired Erica in July for my December Disney wedding. I never felt rushed, overwhelmed or anything stressful. Erica is so kind, her voice is ethereal and she knows how to read a room. She even recommended an amazing officiant to me when I was struggling to find one. Erica was the hit of my wedding, when she started singing to open the ceremony a bird flew up to her, perched next to her and sang with her. Even the bird wanted to be close to her and felt her kindness. This was the most beautiful moment and my guests are still talking about it. I wanted a Disney/Christmas wedding theme and Erica delivered in every aspect. She was also beautifully dressed and looked gorgeous (nobody wants sloppy vendors lol). Erica created the perfect atmosphere by intertwining romantic Disney music as well as Christmas songs. Erica made the wedding a dream come true. The fact that she is well known also helps, as most vendors and venues love working with her. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah Beth! I was extremely stressed about choosing the right songs for our ceremony, but she was so calming, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She truly made everything feel easy and guided me in a way that took so much pressure off. She even went above and beyond by learning a new song that my husband absolutely loves, which meant so much to us. Honestly, my husband wasn’t fully on board with hiring a violinist at first, but after the wedding, he admitted it was one of the best decisions we made and was so glad we chose Sarah Beth! Her music added such a beautiful and special touch to our ceremony, and everything flowed perfectly thanks to her help with timing and coordination. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. My only advice to future brides is to make sure you have someone record this part of your day or designate a family member to capture some moments—I didn’t, and I definitely regret not having more footage of such a special addition. “DJ Roman Candles was excellent! He pulled off a set that was beyond our wildest dreams. We had a brief phone meeting a week before the wedding about how we wanted the vibe to be and he pulled it off perfectly. Us and our guests were blown away by his performance. After the wedding, all of our guests were raving how awesome he was! He blended all of our requested genres. The transitions between genres and between songs were spot on! He had all of our guests up and dancing. Our wedding coordinator said he was very easy to work and communicate with. He was very organized and had all the equipment we needed. He also took care of the emcee duties and did an awesome job! He had an app we could use to upload all of our song requests. We found it very useful for organizing the songs we wanted played at each part of the night. He totally killed it and we could not imagine anyone doing better. 10/10. “Grooveline was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They flew to Taiwan on extremely short notice and still handled everything with total class and professionalism. In terms of value for money, their initial proposal was outside our budget, but they were very willing to work with us and adjust. At the same time, we were blessed that a friend stepped in to cover a large portion of the cost - the timing of everything truly felt like God put it together. Without Grooveline’s flexibility and our friend’s support, this wouldn’t have been possible. We brought 9 people total (7 musicians, a manager, and a sound engineer), and let's just say - they made the night truly unforgettable for all who attended. Traditional weddings in Taiwan are usually quiet and pretty passive, but once Grooveline started playing, guests of all ages rushed to the dance floor. Many said it was the most fun wedding they had ever attended. On the wedding day, it was seamless. They are a well oiled machine and they operate so flawlessly and are truly such a driving force to the party!! During the planning process, David was always responsive and attentive, and everything felt completely tailored to us. He even professionally cut and edited our first dance and father-daughter dance songs, and they turned out perfectly. Our dance floor was packed all night long & guests are still talking about how amazing the band was just like they still talk about them from my brother-in-law’s wedding.
