She was also great about just checking in with us to make sure we were feeling good about everything throughout the process. While we had ideas of what we did and didn't want, we didn't always have clear visions, but she found ways to take our ideas and make them really spectacular. The entire wedding felt very personalized and unique, and so stunning and elegant. She really gets to know her clients very personally and has a talent for translating that into an event that encapsulates them perfectly. We had only one real totally unexpected issue, which Katie and Ayrial handled expertly. Katie even helped me address the issue with the vendor afterward to request a partial refund. “Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. I didn’t realize how right she would be. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things.
