Anna Kay & Co. is a team of planners and designers offering full-service event planning, design, and coordination for weddings and social events. We create events in the Midwest and call Northeast Ohio home. Our goal is to create an individual experience for you and guide you in designing beautiful memories. Whether it’s a wedding, bridal shower, or social gala, we will take care of you from beginning to end. Anna Wise (Founder, Lead Planner & Designer) began coordinating weddings in college and loved it even more than she ever imagined. She found it to be the perfect way to use her creative skills and her Type A personality all at once.

Anna has been planning and coordinating weddings ever since. As the Founder and Lead Planner, Anna provides for her clients by designing refined events and experiences that will be admired and enjoyed by everyone involved. She evokes the best kinds of emotions with her designs and strives to make sure everyone feels taken care of, every step of the way. When she’s not busy creating new designs and double-checking timelines, she loves browsing antique shops, admiring the old architecture, tending her garden of dahlias, baking up a sweet treat, or checking out new restaurants with her husband, Matt.

Meaningful design meets professional planning. With years of expertise, you can trust us with every detail from beginning to end. Planning, design and event production all wrapped into one package. This is a personalized service allowing you to be involved as little or as much as you would like.

Sometimes described as month of coordination or day of coordination. Our Event Production package provides professional services for your final 6-8 weeks. Let us step in and walk with you through those last few weeks leading up to your wedding. On the big day, sit back and let us handle every detail.

    Can't recommend Anna more!

    Anna was a dream to work with. She took our vision and made a wedding that really felt like "us". She was incredibly organized, creative, and proactive. We really benefitted from her deep experience and network of vendors in Ohio. We used her full service planning and the entire process from finding a venue to the day of was managed seamlessly, and made it all so enjoyable for us. We would recommend Anna 100% to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

Yes! Your venue coordinator’s role is to coordinate what’s going on at the venue, they are a huge help! By hiring an outside coordinator you also have someone to coordinate what’s going on leading up to the big day with the rest of your vendors. We work closely with your venue coordinator to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
If you are unsure of what service is best for you, we recommend submitting an inquiry so we can schedule an introductory call and talk through your specific event.
We recommend spending 10% of your overall wedding budget on a planning team. If your 10% is somewhere in between our packages, we’d love to chat and help you determine which service is best for you!
Our design services are only included in our Full Service Planning & Design package. When creating a cohesive design, it involves us having our hand in most aspects of the planning process. We are unable to help you create an elaborate tablescape design without also helping you plan and coordinate how to get it set up in the proper timeframe on the wedding day. Thus, the two go hand in hand!
