With a passion for thoughtful design and a deep appreciation for a well-structured spreadsheet, nothing brings me more joy than helping couples create a day that feels like them. Whether I’m crafting your wedding timeline, designing your dream ceremony arch, or holding your dress up for the hike to your photo spot—I’m here to make your vision come to life. When I’m not building timelines or browsing the latest wedding trends you can usually find me in the garden, reading a book, crocheting, or with my husband and chasing around my energetic one-year-old, two dogs (Beasley & Geralt), and six chickens.

I’ve always loved the movie The Wedding Planner, but I never imagined it would actually become my job! After graduating from Ohio State with a degree in Communication and Marketing, I stepped into the corporate world, where I got to sharpen my event planning skills through company parties and team events. (I even started a company kickball team—don’t ask about our record…) But something was missing. Then came my own wedding. I absolutely loved every second of the planning and design process and quickly realized how naturally my creativity, organization, and love for celebrating people all came together through wedding planning.

    Hailey and Sara are the BEST!

    From the moment we started planning, Hailey and Sara from With Love, Hailey made us feel like we were in capable hands. They were proactive about every detail, staying organized and thinking through things we hadn't even considered yet. Throughout our wedding day, they checked in on us constantly, handled all the behind-the-scenes work, and made sure we could actually enjoy the celebration instead of stressing about logistics. Their kindness and attention to detail made such a difference in how smooth everything ran. We felt supported from start to finish, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better team. We'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for planners who genuinely care about making your day special. If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner or day of coordinator, my biggest piece of advice from a former bride is it is BEYOND worth it, and these two are top notch!

    Mother of the Bride

    Sara and Hailey were outstanding wedding day coordinators. They were organized, efficient, and very detail oriented. They greeted and tended to all of our vendors, coordinated the wedding ceremony, and reception. They took charge so we were able to enjoy my daughter’s special day. I highly recommend them!!

    Save the Dates designed to perfection!!

    Coming from a bride with an eye for perfection and high expectations, Hailey exceeded them all when she designed our custom “Save the Dates”! They were so personal to us and she was able to capture my vision perfectly, down to every little letter font. She even added in her own flare and they turned out better than I could have ever dreamed! Communication with her was seamless and it took so much of my stress away with having these designed practically overnight! She brought so much energy and excitement into our consultation that made me feel so special, even if it was only one aspect of the entire wedding process. I wish I had more invitation-worthy events just so I could have Hailey design every last one.

Yes! While I'm based in Columbus, I’m happy to travel for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location—just let me know your venue, and I’ll provide a customized quote.
I work with a range of budgets and will always be honest about what’s realistic based on your guest count and vision. My goal is to help you maximize your investment and spend where it matters most.
To give each couple the attention they deserve, I typically book just one wedding per weekend.
After your initial email, I’ll schedule a free consultation call so we can talk through your needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a great fit. From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal and contract to get officially booked!
Yes! If you book full planning or partial planning, I’ll personally be there on your wedding day to oversee the timeline, manage vendors, and handle any unexpected issues—so you don’t have to lift a finger. For day-of coordination, either I or my trusted day-of guru, Sara, will be there to support you. You’ll know exactly who to expect, and you’ll work directly with Sara or me throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make sure you feel fully confident and comfortable with the person by your side on your big day!
I have a list of trusted vendors I love to recommend, but I’m happy to work with any vendor you choose—as long as they’re professional and reliable!
I require a retainer to reserve your date, with the remaining balance typically split into two additional payments. Payment plans can be flexible—just ask!
