Description	Our full planning service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process!	We love destination weddings! If your dream wedding destination is somewhere out of state (bonus points if it’s tropical!), count us in! We’d love to support you during the planning process. We’ll utilize our extensive network of planners and vendors across the country to help you plan the perfect wedding—whether you’re in California or NYC.		Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful wedding but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the wedding day to make sure all of your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue.

Above and BEYOND- Sara does it all
I genuinely don’t know how to put into words just how exceptional Sara is. She is truly the FULL package when it comes to wedding planning, design, logistics, and execution, and I cannot imagine having planned our wedding without her. We interviewed several wedding planners before meeting Sara, and from our very first conversation, we knew she was different. We were planning a wedding on our family’s property, which came with an entirely unique set of logistical and design challenges. Rather than being intimidated by the complexity, Sara was genuinely excited by it. She immediately understood our vision, wanted to come out to see the property, and was ready to get to work. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to take on a challenge made us instantly confident that she was the right person. Throughout the planning process, Sara worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring every single detail to life. From sourcing custom bars and intricate ceiling decor and lighting to tracking down a very specific chair that required coordinating with two different rental vendors, there was truly nothing she couldn’t figure out. She has an incredible eye for design but also the logistical expertise to actually execute it, which is such a rare combination. And when I say she can handle anything, I mean ANYTHING. From unexpected electrical issues and emergency construction equipment to last-minute pivots for rain, Sara handled every single hiccup effortlessly. There were so many moving pieces involved in building an entire wedding venue from the ground up, and she somehow made it all look easy. She was at our house throughout the entire week leading up to the wedding, overseeing the infrastructure as it went up and making sure every single detail was exactly right. So much of what she did happened behind the scenes, and our guests would never have known just how much work went into making the day feel so seamless. Another thing that really stood out was the incredible relationships Sara has with her vendors. It is so clear how respected she is in the industry, and those relationships made such a difference throughout the process. Her entire team was equally wonderful, always informed, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed. On a personal level, Sara was truly such a joy to work with. She answered every single one of my texts, from the endless inspiration photos and new ideas to the occasional panic-driven messages. She always made me feel heard, supported, and confident that everything would come together. What makes Sara so special is that she doesn’t just execute your vision. She gets genuinely invested in it, thinks through every possible detail, and finds ways to make it even better than you imagined. She is creative, resourceful, incredibly hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. I cannot recommend Sara highly enough, especially to anyone planning a wedding with complex logistics or a highly specific design vision. She is truly one of a kind, and I feel so lucky we got to work with her!

The BEST - planner, designer, & friend all in one!
Our experience with SoCo 36 Events was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, the communication with Sara was clear, robust, and professional, providing us with the expertise and support in design and coordination we were looking for . Her invaluable expertise, attention to detail, and dreamy design sensibility truly made our wedding day flawless. Sara pulled together a creative and personalized design that perfectly captured our style and intention - to have an intimate, intentional, and fun celebration. She and her team took over vendor communications about a month out, organizing and executing our entire day in a way that allowed it flow so smoothly. In such a special, yet busy, season of our lives this was so helpful to know that the tactical details were all taken care of leading up to and on our wedding day. This allowed us to be present and soak up our celebration, which is what was the most important to us. Sara is as genuine as she is talented, going above and beyond in every single way to make our day special. We are forever grateful that we had Sara and SoCo 36 Events on our team. Excellent time management
Sara is an excellent event coordinator- she is a clear communicator, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure no details are left to chance. Her precise planning and time management helped to make the day run smoothly. I can’t even image the amount of stress that people must go through trying to manage the tasks that Sara takes on, all while having a smile on her face, and great personality - never letting the chaos of the day phase her. We will definitely be using Sara for future coordinating plans.
