There are no taxes or extra fees! You choose your favorite caterer, photographer and DJ/band - all for which we have great and affordable options or you can bring any vendors you wish. We create your wedding like we build our movie sets! Everything is customized for each couple, and we do it all - you’re not taking on a project! The Art Factory is conveniently located only 12 miles from New York City on Interstate 80 and attached to the Paterson Great Falls National Park.

A historic mansion built in 1840. Restored and run by the Falzarano family since 1978. This gorgeous space oozes charm and character and is unlike any place you've ever been to for a wedding. We cater to only one event per day so you do not have to share the space with anyone else. Please take some time and read our reviews online. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

Our intimate gallery and beautiful artwork leaves little need for added decor. We work with many local caterers and vendors who can guide you through the process to ensure a smooth event. This intimate event space presents a dramatic backdrop for any private event, whether social or corporate. Barsky Gallery is truly a unique space, particularly for Hoboken. Conveniently located on the street level of Hoboken's Chambord Place, just 5 minutes from the Holland Tunnel, and 15 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel. A short 15 minute walk from Hoboken PATH and NJ Transit, or 5 minutes by taxi. On-street, garage, and valet parking available.

We have 45 yachts in our fleet sailing from NY & NJ. They are ideal for groups of 12 to 1,200 guests. We appeal to the couple who is looking for something unique and festive, yet classy. The venue combines 8,900 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. Dobbin St was designed with the sole intention to create the most exceptional and stunning event experience. Our clients have the use of 4,250 sq ft of internal space, and a 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine. A 900 sq ft courtyard is the beautiful hidden gem that completes the space. Our mezzanine includes a client suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private lounge with floor to ceiling glass windows. Housed in the ‘Boiler Building,’ we are just across the street from Brooklyn Bridge Park and the picturesque Manhattan Bridge.
