Ryan was the one. There was never a question about choosing him be our Destination Wedding Planner. I said yes to my husband, and we BOTH said yes to Ryan Cech and his incredible management team at Prairie and Peak Events. He started out as our DJ ; he has 15 years of experience! I loved his energy, transparency and most importantly - his response time! Communication is everything to the busy bride or groom. I started many an email thread to Ryan and then fell off because LIFE and when I picked back up, Ryan responded RIGHT away. And should he be out of office, he is very transparent around timing and closes loops both before and after. (Wedding vendor radio silence can be VERY anxiety inducing!) From the get go, he doled out sage words of wisdom that can only come with his experience and time in the industry. He knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. Truly. So asking him to take on full management of our wedding was as easy as saying I Do. And from that moment on - I could breathe. I trusted Ryan completely. His candor, conversation and industry wisdom are unparalleled. He wasn’t just our coordinator, planner and DJ, he was our advisor. No one knows Montana like him - he’s a native after all! This wedding would have been nowhere near as unique and special as it was, without Ryan and his level of detail and care. And, this man knows how to handle a bride with grace and charm! Ryan listened to my EVERY thought, idea and feeling. He worked everything in! He also knew howwhen to push back on me, which I am so grateful for. Here are some highlights from working with wedding artiste Ryan: His brilliant tablescape designs - including tree “cookies” cut from a tree in his own yard! His wooden guest book idea, the path he recommended for the wedding party procession, his seating chart and table layout mastery, all the day of paper items he designed himself and professionally printed, his coordination of our florals: we were able to use our wedding flowers for the rehearsal dinner, as well! He brought a guitar from his home and included it in his AV set up, so my brother could live perform a song he had written. He lent my family all the baby things! Pack and play, and whatever else babies need!? (dog parents here) When we flew in to visit the venue, he chauffeured us around town like we were his own family. For these reasons and SO many more, Ryan planned and executed the MOST amazingly perfect wedding weekend Big Sky, Montana has ever seen. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Leading up to the wedding, SaraBeth had taken the time to understand my style, preferences, and vision for my wedding day. And that was key for me to let myself just relax and trust that she had it under control! I trusted her completely and she exceeded my expectations! Sara took care of details that hadn't even crossed my mind and managed and delegated tasks with grace and a calming manner that helped calm everyone else down ans made the day run so much more smoothly! She also thought ahead into the day's schedule and fixed issued that hadn't even come up yet! It was amazing and I was able to just relax and actually enjoy my wedding day knowing Sara was running around doing all the coordinating and details that I otherwise would have had to be doing! Knowing it was all taken care of was the best feeling and I just shut my brain off and relaxed and had the best day of my life! SaraBeth is such a calming presence and so professional, it was easy to have peace knowing she was dealing with everything. She is also so sweet and easy to get along with so everyone enjoyed working alongside her! But she is also not afraid to step up when things were going crazy and no one knew quite what to do. When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

Isabel and TYR were simply the best! We may have been communicating on email, pinterest boards, instagram reels, and text - all at once! And yet somehow it was always cohesive, nothing was ever missed! Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Thank you so much Ashley, for EVERYTHING that you did, and for ALL of your help in making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect!!

I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life. I truly believe one day I’ll see her planning celebrity weddings because her talent is genuinely on that level. Thank you for everything, Noelle. I would choose you over and over and over again.

The most amazing wedding event I could have ever ask for: especially with Donna from DBC Eventz. The venue was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The DBC Eventz planner decorations were vibrant, and the ambiance was lively, making the celebration unforgettable. The catering service provided a delicious array of local and international cuisines that delighted every guest. The spacious dance floor and excellent DJ kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. Overall, the party hall at  Sweet Auburn  transformed a special occasion into a truly memorable event.
