We represent over 25 luxury yachts- all of which are Coast Guard Certified and insured. There are many convenient boarding locations in the metro area of New York and New Jersey but we can also board your guests from upstate New York, Long Island, and Connecticut. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens.
