Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. Fully heated and air conditioned, the building is entirely hardwood, with beautiful light and open design. It is perfect for an eclectic, warm event. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. The rear of the building is being renovated to provide an dedicated dance and entertainment zone. Upstairs features two lounges, plus two changing areas and cozy prep rooms for the wedding party. Located on the corner of Ridge and Plain streets in La Porte, Indiana, the La Porte Civic Auditorium is a highlight of the City of La Porte and the La Porte Park and Recreation Department. This beautiful, regal building was a gift to the City of La Porte from a local philanthropist, Maurice Fox of the Fox Woolen Mills, in honor of his parents. The stipulation of this gift was that the building be made available to all individuals, Civic and educational groups or bodies. The Civic Auditorium was dedicated on March 19, 1930, and has since hosted thousands of regional and community events. These events have included everything from athletic contests to organizational conferences, trade shows to family weddings and charitable concerts to stage plays. Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event.
