The day of the wedding was awesome, but leading up to the wedding, getting ahold of them was exhausting. It wasn’t until I badgered them with calls and multiple emails that I would finally get answers. I think if you’re on a budget they’re perfect, but seriously plan your wedding 1.5/2 years out because it takes a life time to get decisions made.

We were just married at the Willow tree on 8/23/24. This venue is absolutely perfect. It doesn’t take much to dress it up and make it magical because it has so much natural beauty. We planned our wedding in about 4 months start to finish and Ben was remarkable through it all. He was always available and willing to have us drop in for visuals for our ever changing ideas. He had great recommendations from vendors to just simple ideas what works and what doesn’t work so well. The onsite linen rentals and trash removal is awesome! If you are looking for an elegant place for your big day the Willow tree is it from the space itself right down to the property owners who are so kind and gracious to do whatever they can to help make your day special you can’t go wrong!!

I highly recommend renting this facility. The rental fee and the space are unmatched. It is my favorite go to when I plan any event that I will have more than 20. The hanger or barn were perfect graduation, Christmas, birthday parties or showers/weddings. Open the hanger doors and we had the outside, but were sheltered from the rain. Plenty of paved parking so no mud or snow. Formal or casual, large group or smaller, nice weather or inclement it has proven the perfect space for many of our events and definitely allowed me to think outside the box when I plan.

Canopy Creek Farm was absolutely amazing. From the planning stages to the day of, they were so helpful and willing to give advice and support through the whole process. Our day of coordinator was Janet Collinsworth, and she honestly made the entire experience the best day ever. She works so hard at making the wedding day the best that it can be, and she is incredibly great at her job! We LOVED having her support and kindness the entire night. Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. We got married at the Brightside and it was our dream day! Carli, Sophie, Suzie, and the rest of the staff were so well-prepared, communicative, and helpful at all phases. Their pricing is very fair for the amount of labor they did for us. They are so much more flexible and accommodating than your typical venue. The space is beautiful, even without all the extras. They have tons of great photo spaces. I highly recommend The Brightside!

From the moment we reached out to Maple Lane Retreat, their communication was fast and amazing. The quality of their work and the value they provided was fantastic - the open space at their venue offered endless opportunities to personalize our wedding weekend. We were able to rent out the extra rooms on the property, which meant we could stay the whole weekend and be 90% less stressed leading up to the big day. Maple Lane Retreat also included a bunch of extras like games and tables and a huge refrigerator to keep our drinks cold ,on the property that really made our wedding weekend special. We got married at the Riverside Eintracht location on 1-3-25. The venue was the perfect location to hold a small, intimate ceremony with immediate family on the stage. Then we opened up the venue to our family and friends for a big Happily Ever After party in the reception area! Everyone had a great time and it was a night to remember for all! John and Harry were amazing to work with. Any question that came up during planning, any requests that were made, anything that I anticipated may be an issue, John and Harry were quick to jump in, assure me all would be okay, and answer questions and become hands on involved in all parts of the wedding and reception. The last thing that a Bride wants when planning a wedding is stress and uncertainty. Working with John and Harry, they made sure this would not be the case. This says a lot as we planned this wedding and Happily Ever After party in about 30 days and everything went off without a worry and it was the best night! The reception hall was big enough to host 175 guests, the bride and bridal party had their own area to get ready prior to the wedding, as well as a grooms area. The caterer was able to use the service drive to easily get in to set up for the buffet meal (shout out to Mrs. B's catering for a wonderful meal although the venue allows you to use any caterer of your choice). We stocked the bar and Harry kept the drinks flowing. John recommended Charlie B as our photographer and he was there to capture all the moments and memories that we may have missed while catching up with our guests. We added the 360 camera which was a huge hit and provided some from videos from the reception. The decorations were tasteful and classy and John was in the heart of it all switching from the wedding to the reception set up. We would recommend Dayton Outdoor Weddings and John and Harry to anyone. We extend a sincere thank you to John, Harry, and Charlie B photography for making our day magical! 24K Magic! :)

So so so pleased with my experience at The Retreat!! Our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to the staff's hard work and attention to detail. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and they were communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us have our DREAM day!!!! We also stayed the night in the house and there was plenty of room for us and our whole bridal party and it made a perfect and stunning space for both bride and groom's sides to get ready. The house (and entire property) felt like home, exactly what we wanted and could not have asked for more!!!

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
