I started Layman Films by combining my biggest passion with my favorite days, weddings.

Our crew of cinematographers, photographers, and editors have over 12 years of experience telling stories professionally. We have worked with Academy Award winning filmmakers, National Geographic photographers, Hollywood producers, cinematographers, and actors, and the Sundance Institute. I have a Film degree from the University of Kansas, and have been working in the video production business for over 16 years and producing wedding films for 12 years. I live in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my family and I love to shoot weddings with the fabulous Rocky Mountain surroundings as a backdrop.
