“We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. “Working with The Events Paige LLC was such a relief from start to finish. Paige has this calm way of keeping everything organized and on track, which made us feel secure the whole time. She really understood what we wanted for our day and made sure every detail matched our vision. I recommend telling her exactly what you want done if you are picky about things, otherwise it seems she has a good intuition on style/decor based on what you tell her. She also has a rental inventory that is free for your use when you book certain packages, which was a great perk and can help save money on décor and other wedding details. During the reception, Paige was so attentive—she noticed when we needed water or drinks and brought them without us even asking. What stood out most was how she protected our peace on the night of the wedding, letting us just enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics. “Meticulous. Communicative. Organized. Friendly. Creative. These are all words to describe Sarah as the planner for our Honeymoon. Traveling to a different country we've never been to before was a bit overwhelming when we tried to plan it ourselves. Because where do you even begin? Obviously you want to see as much as you can, eat at the best restaurants, and not have to worry about if your hotel is too far from your next adventure. That's where Sarah saved us, and when I tell you she worked her magic I mean it! Not only did she maximize our tours and sightseeing, she made sure that our hotels and airbnbs were never too far away from original meeting points or out of our budget. We traveled to Scotland for 2 weeks and Ireland for 1 week, traversed multiple cities and towns with not a single hiccup in our travel itinerary plans. Sarah created a calendar spreadsheet along with key restaurants and eateries she thought we would be interested in, as well as drive time estimates amongst different routes which included multiple options of stops along the way depending on our mood for the day of what we would like to see. She is a witch, a wizard, a strategic genius that absolutely made our honeymoon the most perfect trip we have ever experienced in our life. If she wants to plan all of our trips in the future she is HIRED. Do not hesitate to have this woman plan for you, she is a GODDESS of research and planning.”

“Having Reagan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! I was a bit lost in the beginning of as to what the coordinators role was vs mine, especially since I struggle to delegate normally! Reagan was so helpful and clear into what our next steps should be, and what she would take care of etc. What I was absolutely amazed by was how she did it with such ease. She completely took the stress away which was the most incredible feeling, especially the week of our wedding! Our biggest concern for our wedding week was transportation, especially since about 80% of our guests were flying internationally, and also due to location of wedding not having any Uber's... We had hired on a transportation service who Reagan then managed. Myself and my husband didn't have to worry about it at all, for the whole week! It was amazing and it ran so smoothly thanks to Reagan! On the actual wedding day, Reagan made sure that we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and she did everything behind the scenes (managing the timeline, setting up the reception just to my vision, communicating with other vendors etc.) The whole day, where I had expected to feel stressed and worried about everything, I instead felt SO relaxed. It was the strangest, yet most incredible feeling to just be able to enjoy the day which you've spent a year planning. We will forever be grateful for Reagan's help, and looking back at our wedding day makes us smile so much. It truly was perfect.
