Magnolia Rhapsody DJ
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
Federal Way, WA
  • DJ

The right music sets the mood and makes the night. That’s why we design each and every DJ experience around the person we’re mixing for, which means goosebumps-inducing, mood-setting, head-bobbing tracks perfectly synced with you. We’re here to bring your vision to life and make sure your unique tastes come through beat after beat.

Beaux was, without a doubt, the absolute best DJ we could have had for our special day! From the very first consultation, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely excited about making our reception a memorable party. He truly understood our vision and taste in music, seamlessly blending our requested songs with tracks that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. The energy he brought was infectious, and he had an great ability to read the room, knowing exactly what to play to keep the celebration going strong. Not only did he handle all the announcements and transitions flawlessly, but he also created an atmosphere that was pure magic. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how it was "the best wedding ever!" If you want a DJ who will not only meet but exceed your expectations and throw a heck of a party, we can't recommend Beaux highly enough!

CGZ Photography
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Federal Way, WA
  • Photographer
  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $900

Charlotte Gonzalez is a Washington-based wedding photographer serving the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Her work blends editorial and fine art storytelling, capturing genuine emotion and refined, timeless moments. With experience across the spectrum from dark & moody, true-to-color, and light & airy she collaborates closely with each couple to create imagery that reflects their vision and their story. Picture what you love. Let’s capture it—beautifully, intentionally, and forever.

From our very first interaction, it was clear that Char was the perfect wedding photographer for us. She came prepared with a second shooter (her hubby, Dan) and they are quite the duo! They were able to communicate without words and anticipate what the other is doing to ensure that they are covering all angles beautifully. They are incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in their approach, which gave us complete confidence leading up to the big day. Their experience truly shows—they anticipated moments before they happened and captured both the big highlights and the quiet, emotional details we didn’t even realize were unfolding. Char's calm, steady presence was invaluable on a day that can feel overwhelming. She kept things moving efficiently without ever making us feel rushed, and her clear direction helped group photos go smoothly and quickly. She has a wonderful balance of professionalism and warmth, making everyone—from our wedding party to our grandparents—feel relaxed and cared for. She has a remarkable eye for storytelling, documenting the day exactly as it felt rather than just how it looked. The candid moments, genuine laughter, and raw emotion she captured are priceless. She was incredibly adaptable, handling last-minute changes, lighting challenges, and unexpected situations with grace and creativity. In addition, her follow-through after the wedding was just as impressive. From sneak peeks to final delivery, everything was timely, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. She is not just a photographer—she is a trusted professional who elevates the entire wedding experience. We cannot recommend her and her hubby highly enough!

Hello everyone, Violet and Enna here! We’ve been in the wedding industry ever since we can remember. Our mom started her business when we were very young, so we grew up learning everything from her, and on that journey we were growing in being creative with wedding design and florals. Our favorite part about working weddings is truly seeing the love between two people that are saying yes to forever together, and hearing their stories of how they fell in love! We also just love coming up with new creative designs and thinking outside the box when planning for the big day! That’s a little about us! And now, we'd love to hear about you ✨

Stop what you’re doing right now and hire these guys!!! Seriously – it will be one of the easiest and best decisions you make for your wedding (or ANY event)! Our experience with Integral DJ’s was top notch. We had seen all the reviews that said “they kept people on the dance floor all night”, and tbh we were skeptical because maybe those reviewers didn’t like to party as much as us. But now we understand!!! Literally from the first song of the night, our entire wedding group WOULD NOT LEAVE THE DANCE FLOOR BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING TOO MUCH FUN. It’s literally been three weeks since our wedding night and guests are still telling us how amazing our DJ was. The entire experience with Integral DJs was first class. All of the planning, communication, and payment was simple and efficient. Our DJ D-Look (Daryl) was absolutely fantastic, and he even did a special request remix of two of my favorite songs, which was a really special to me. Thank you Marc and Integral DJs! We are so thankful for the role you played in our special day!

Our event went absolutely flawlessly with Billy and Jason at the helm. He was not only our DJ, but our lighting guy, pyrotechnics (with the cold sparks), MC, and day-of coordinator. I mean… Can you really ask for more? If we would have hired different vendors for all of those roles we’d have pay 4x the price. So for their Diamond package it was an absolute steal. The Ruins by Landmark Event Co is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. With its enchanting atmosphere, The Ruins offers a memorable setting for dining, dancing, and celebration. The venue can accommodate 150 seated guests and 300 standing, offering a flexible layout for any event. Herban Feast provides award-winning catering at all our venues, delivering exceptional food and service tailored to your event for a smooth, seamless experience.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Multiple event spaces
  • Pets can join the celebration
  • Has a dance floor for celebration

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • No on-premises lodging options
  • No built-in audiovisual options
The Ruins is like someone took all the cool bits of Seattle, threw in a dash of vintage Europe, and turned it into a wedding venue. From the get-go, the place just oozes personality. You've got walls with hand-painted murals that could have been lifted from a storybook – I’m talking vibrant colors, whimsical scenes, the works. And antlers. And trees indoors. Each room in The Ruins has its own thing going on. One feels like a swanky 1920s lounge, another like a secret garden. We had space to spare, so people could either kick back in a cozy corner or hit the dance floor without stepping on toes. The décor is this wild combo of eclectic and classic – it's like your great aunt’s house if she had more money than cigarettes and if she collected stuff from around the globe and had a killer eye for design. The library is amazing – shelves lined with books, a fireplace that makes you want to curl up with a novel, and this epic swooning couch. So, I might’ve taken inspiration from George Costanza – yep, I did a topless photo shoot on that couch. It was all in good fun, and the photos are a riot – a keepsake that breaks the mold of typical wedding seriousness, just like The Ruins itself. The food was great (but they let you bring in your own desserts so do so if you wanna save some money). The only, minor issue, is the bridal suite's location. It’s right by the kitchen, so it’s kinda like Grand Central at rush hour with the staff buzzing through. Note to brides: Swap it out for the library. Trust me, it’s much less busy (if darker) and you won’t have the kitchen hustle messing with your pre-walk-down-the-aisle zen. Honestly, The Ruins is the kind of place that’s perfect if you want a wedding that's a bit left of center but still super heartfelt. It’s quirky without trying too hard and intimate without being cramped. The whole day felt like us – not stuffy, just a big, fun, love-filled party. The Ruins has many nooks crammed with curiosities and corners begging for a photo op, it’s a place that feels alive. The mix of odd and elegant, the hand-painted walls that seem to whisper tales, the stuff like the enormous elephant (sadly, only in the back back room so only good for wedding photos not the guests) and the patterned horse and much more all adds up to a vibe that’s as unique as your weird cousin, the cool one, not the other one. The Ruins is like that one weird friend who's always got a story to tell and makes everything more fun. Having our wedding there was like a non-stop highlight reel – even with the bridal suite hiccup. It's a place for good vibes, great times, and amazing photos to start your weirdly ever after.

His MC skills were fantastic too, keeping things fun and engaging all night long. We had so many guests tell us how great he was, and he even provides cool add ons like karaoke and a bubble machine. We'd recommend DJ Ki to any couple planning a wedding.

Luis was our engagement and wedding photographer, and he was amazing from the very beginning. He always responded quickly to my messages and answered all of my questions. On the wedding day, he was incredibly friendly and made both my husband and me feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. He guided us perfectly during our couple photos, which made the experience so enjoyable. We absolutely love our pictures and highly recommend him. Thank you, Luis, for being such an awesome photographer at a great price!

From the moment we first reached out to the team at Georgetown Ballroom, their communication was clear, responsive, and extremely polite. The venue itself was funky, spacious, and felt very private - perfect for our wedding celebration. The little details they provided, like the vintage pinball machines, were a huge hit with our guests, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, working with Georgetown Ballroom was a low-stress experience, and they helped make our special day truly unforgettable.
