Lauren is a performer with 15 years of musical experience. With repertoire spanning from traditional Celtic music, to classical, film music, and even modern pop in an ever changing style. My passion for sharing music with others began when I got my first guitar in middle school; since then I've performed for crowds all over the world, DJing and playing music at 50+ weddings and events every year. When I finished college, I decided to follow the call of my passion, the classical guitar. I bought a ticket to Spain, birthplace of the instrument and home to a rich and ancient musical tradition. After several years studying alongside some of the world’s greats and honing my performance skills, I began to hear a different call—that of my own roots, the Pacific Northwest—and I knew it was time to continue my travels. Although I have now returned home from Spain, my journey with the classical guitar is only beginning.

The Throwbacks play something for everybody! With hits from the 1960's all the way up to the 2020's, we bring every era to life with high-energy performances and unforgettable vibes. Vibralocity has been DJing weddings for many years now, which allows us to deliver a streamlined and stress-free experience so that you can focus on enjoying the day and celebrating your love. Vibralocity brings professional sound and lighting, plus a microphone for announcements. We are happy to take all your setlist requests to ensure that every song you want plays at the exact moment you want it. For the dancing portion of the night, Vibralocity likes to collaborate on the playlist with the couple in advance, making sure we take your specific requests and tastes into account. Vibralocity can fill in the gaps with groovy tunes.

Scratchdog Stringband has been performing across the US since 2015, including a tour of Eastern Russia for the US State Department. Their music is a high energy, foot stomping brand of innovative bluegrass, country and swing with smartly crafted originals and exciting takes on classic Americana.
