“Where do we even start! From the very first email, Colin was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the whole wedding planning process. Anytime I had a question or worry (which I had a few), he was right there with reassurance and quick answers - even when I’d email him late at night, he somehow would respond within minutes! That kind of responsiveness and care meant so much to us, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with things get hectic. He went above and beyond for our rehearsal, helping us run through every detail and setting up mics and speakers so efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he had everything under control. On the wedding day, Colin handled two complete sound setups - his wireless one for our outdoor ceremony and his main for the reception - and both were absolutely flawless! The sound quality was perfect the entire day; guests could hear every word of our ceremony and every speech crystal clear. There wasn’t a single hiccup. Then came one of the biggest surprises of the night - cold sparks! Colin and my husband had planned them without me knowing, and it was truly one of my favorite parts of the evening. It made our first dance feel straight out of a movie and the photos from that moment are unreal. If anyone is on the fence about adding cold sparks - DO IT! You won’t regret it. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! Colin recently upgraded with a printer which people were obsessed with being able to take home their photos (a little built in favor). It kept guests entertained all night long and added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. What really stood out though, was how Colin and his wife (who was his wonderful assistant that day) made everything so personal. They were professional yet warm, blending right into the crowd and truly feeling like family celebrating alongside us. “I found Mike via thumbtack & although on there it stated he was booked on my wedding date I thought I’d still reach out to him. I’m so happy I did because he put me in touch with our dj, thankyouteddy and he did an awesome job djing for our wedding! Mike was very informative and gave me plenty of information. He also has you do a questionnaire to help narrow down the right dj for you based off your music preferences. Mike will reached out periodically to follow up & also puts you in touch with the dj the week of the wedding to go over details. Teddy arrived on time and kept everyone on our toes throughout the night. The only thing I will say, is if you’re doing bridal party introductions it’s best to rehearse it if possible. “We booked through Steve upfront and he was so terrific to work with on initial arrangements. Our DJ, Drew, was absolutely fantastic! He handled both our ceremony and reception music, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The ceremony music was perfect, the timing was exactly right, and he helped create the exact feeling we wanted for the day. He used my Spotify playlists as inspiration for our pre-ceremony and cocktail hour music, so those moments felt completely like us and set the perfect vibe from the beginning. For the reception, he did an amazing job reading the room, keeping the energy going, and making sure everything flowed without us ever having to worry about what was happening next. One of the things we appreciated most was how much he cared about making the day personal. After searching for a DJ for about two weeks, we stumbled upon Groovytown Entertainment through Instagram, and everything fell into place. Our main focus was on the ceremony, as we wanted my cousins to play piano and guitar while guests arrived. We needed a DJ who could seamlessly accommodate this setup. “We absolutely loved working with Kuhl Entertainment (we had Aaron/Ace as our DJay). From initial questions to booking to planning and then the big day everything was fun and collaborative. Aaron had our dance floor FILLED and ROCKING all night long. I was nervous about missing a particular song (Pink Pony Club obvi) and let Aaron know in advance. I was "stuck" talking to a family member when it first came on. Aaron stopped the music and called me out to the dance floor to make sure I didn't miss it. Kuhl has an excellent system down and helps everyone be organized and on the same page. Aaron was absolutely amazing and felt like a friend by the end of the night.”

“DJ Haze was THE perfect choice for our wedding day. From the very beginning, his communication style was detailed, VERY considerate, and he always put OUR wants and needs first. He was incredibly inclusive in making sure my Mexican side of the family got their Mexican music included lol I was so happy he did that without us asking for it, it made me so happy. The quality of his work was truly professional, fun, and lighthearted, creating a wholesome atmosphere that all our guests enjoyed. He’s a huge jokester so a lot of laughs were had when he’d speak on the mic. He went above and beyond, always checking in with US before doing anything to ensure it aligned with our vision. He was especially thoughtful, noting that our son has noise sensory issues due to autism, and immediately lowered the volume to a comfortable level to where my son was happy and all of the guests still danced their hearts out. He also recognized that I was experiencing foot pain and graciously allowed me to take breaks to sit down. When it came time for the father-daughter dance, he perfectly faded the music to accommodate my father's history of foot cancer knowing he needed to rest. DJ Haze was literally the best DJ we could have imagined for our wedding day, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service. I’d recommend him to anyone! And also, don’t forget to do your shot of tequila with him before the nights over! Lol, HE’S THE BEST!!!!!!!”

“We cannot express enough praise and gratitude for Mitch! We had the privilege of working with him for our wedding on 7/6/24. From preplanning meetings to the wedding day, Mitch was extremely on top of everything to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. He also communicated with our other vendors on the day of the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page! When we had our live acoustic guitarist back out somewhat suddenly, we reached out to Mitch for references. To our surprise, he offered us an even better idea to have him play sax and a friend play guitar at the ceremony. All of our guests absolutely loved it and it brought a really special feel to the ceremony. On top of that, the energy he brings to MCing got our guests super excited and involved! “I worked with Soundblessed for a wedding and the DJ was professional and fun. The dance floor was packed all night and we were able to get some great photos.
