Patterson Fruit Farm Wedding and Event Venue is located North West (behind) our Farm Market at 11414 Caves Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. It has turned into the present destination for families looking for quality fruit and fun opportunities for their children on the farm. We offer our Banquet room for indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests. We have multiple outdoor sites for wedding ceremonies. The onsite hotel accommodation allows for planning with ease for out of town guests. In follow up, LaMalfa’s is in fact the same event center and cater that continues to serve, and cook all our family recipes that you have grown to love for over the past 60 years.

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. We offer 3 wedding rental packages.
