We are a Christian based, family owned wedding venue located in our hometown of Ellerbe, NC! The venue was built for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in the fall of 2023. It was built as an act of love between an extremely close family.

The Grande Victorian is a stunning historical event venue! Built in 1884 this beautiful 12,000 square foot home sits on 20 acres in Monroe, North Carolina. We have a covered outdoor Pavillon for your ceremony, a large manicured courtyard for cocktail hour and a 5,000 square foot formal ballroom for your reception. Our newly renovated second floor bridal suite is a "photographers dream", equipped with a kitchenette, makeup -up and hair room, a mother of the bride and mother-in-law suite, and a breathtaking bridal and Groom Suite. Welcome to Bella Terra! The climate-controlled ballroom is a unique combination of rustic and glam decor. The front and back glass doors allow guests to enjoy the outdoor views year-round. One of the unique features of Bella Terra, is the two fully furnished apartments available for overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests. Professional landscaping and mother nature, make Bella Terra beautiful no matter the season or weather.

Couples can accommodate up to 132 guests at this venue. The lush garden serves as a memorable backdrop as you say “I do” in front of your loved ones. You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. A wrap-around balcony creates a tranquil site for guests to socialize and admire the sunset. You and your wedding party can utilize the private Bridal Suite and Groom Room as comfortable spaces to prepare before the start of your celebration. Ample catering prep space is also at your disposal.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Located in Matthews, NC. The View at Emerald Lake is an elegant venue with a rustic vibe, situated on a picturesque golf course.
