The Venue at Hart Square Village is available for a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, and Quinceaneras. Offering the convenience of a modern facility in a historic setting, The Venue includes a great hall that seats up to 200 guests with a full catering kitchen. The Venue includes beautiful outdoor spaces with panoramic scenes of the historic village. The outdoor stage is located beside the modern venue facility, making it the optimal space for an outdoor wedding ceremony and indoor reception. For small weddings or elopements, The Chapel of Peace, ca. 1871, and St. Mark’s Chapel, ca.1844, deliver waterfront views of the village. Best of all, when you choose to rent The Venue at Hart Square Village, you are helping to preserve the largest collection of log cabins in the nation.

Great Hall

A modern facility in an historic setting

The Great Hall is perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. With a seating capacity of 200 guests plus dance room, this space can be used for large or small events. The hall hosts an ornate fireplace, a high ceiling, and a patio perfect for cocktail hour.

The Chapel of Peace

A lakeside chapel with an historic past

The Chapel of Peace is an original log structure built about 1871 as an Episcopal Church. The chapel sits beside the lake and has a beautiful belfry. The inside is filled with historic artifacts, including a historic organ. The event space is optimal for small weddings.

St. Mark's Chapel

A rustic, waterfront chapel with an historic setting

St. Mark's Chapel was originally a log barn and was built around 1844. The chapel includes an array of church artifacts, including hand-forged candlesticks, a bishop's chair, a deacons' bench, an altar, and a 100-year-old church bell in the belfry. This chapel sits on the waterfront and is a beautiful venue for small weddings.

Yes, we have a 300-car parking lot beside our modern Education Center.
Yes, our modern facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have golf carts for transportation into the historic village.
Yes, but you must obtain an ABC permit. You are also required to have a licensed and insured bartender if serving liquor.
Our most popular months are April, May, June, September, October, and November. However, our pricing remains the same regardless of the time of year.
Our least popular months are January, February, March, July, August, and December, and these months have the most availability.
