We are a 20-room resort and can easily accommodate up to 44. We host many events throughout the year and can help make yours one your guests will never forget. We have a two-night minimum and additional nights can be added. It includes 4 event locations and sleeping arrangements for all your guests, 4 pools, 4 jacuzzis and a beautiful white sandy beach. Food and drink are not included and can be customized to fit your needs. If you choose Gran Sueño, we have incredible vendors (event planners, caterers, florists, photographers) we have worked with that we can recommend or you are welcome to use your own. The El Rey Theatre is an original art deco theatre in the heart of the Miracle Mile. The Velaslavasay Panorama is housed in the Union Theatre, a historic neighborhood cinema built in 1910 with a neon marquee, enchanting garden, vintage theatre space and 360-degree painted panorama viewing hall. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.

Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.

One of the most stunning locales in the Santa Monica Mountains, 588-acre King Gillette Ranch, offers a rare unspoiled view of California’s rich resources designed for razor magnate King C. Gillette in the 1920’s by Wallace Neff, architect of California’s Golden Age. Park features include some of the original formal landscaping of Gillette’s estate including a grand entry, a serene pond, sweeping lawns, bridges, and the historic Spanish Colonial Revival style mansion with a formal courtyard and terrace.
