“Booking our wedding at The Westin Governor Morris was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our big day. We booked 18 months in advance and Christina was incredible to work with—she answered emails right away and we could stop by whenever we wanted to talk through details. Having everyone stay on property meant our guests felt like they were part of something special, and the ballroom itself was stunning with the perfect atmosphere for throwing a party! The food was absolutely incredible, and we loved being able to head straight to the hotel restaurant bar afterward to keep the party going. We did run into a small issue with the hotel rooms, but it was handled. If you're looking for a spacious venue with fantastic service and a seamless experience from start to finish, I'd recommend The Westin Governor Morris without hesitation.”

“My husband and I had truly had the wedding of our dreams at The Madison Hotel! From visiting the venue (which was my husband’s first choice) all the way to our special day, we received great customer service and guidance. Joseph Zimmerman was our sales associate, he gave us a great tour of the venue and kept us on track with deadlines. Having our guests be able to stay at the hotel was a great perk since my husband had a lot of family flying in. What sold us was the breathtaking Conservatory where we had our ceremony. Man, what a beautiful space! Our guests raved about cocktail hour and all of the food options that were available. Having our reception in the Grand Ballroom was perfect because we had plenty of room to dance! Jose Bonilla was our Maitre’D for the evening, and he provided constant attentiveness and hospitality from ceremony to reception! Even our getting ready suites had mirrors and chairs in our wedding colors. I truly appreciated the attention to detail! We would recommend the Madison Hotel to anyone looking to have a wedding without the stress of finding so many additional vendors. The Catering options are plentiful, the room blocking process is super easy and the beautiful spaces speak for themselves and don’t need much additional decorations (save on those florals!!) Thank you so much to the team at Madison Hotel for making our special day one to remember!! The Richmonds”

“As a wedding officiant, I've had the pleasure of working with many venues, but The Olde Mille Inn truly stands out as an iconic, singular celebration site. From the moment you step into the inn itself or its historic restaurant, "The Grain House", (recently voted one of the most romantic restaurants in NJ!), you feel the warmth and hospitality they're famous for! There are so many pretty photo backdrops in every season! Having a beautiful, dog-friendly hotel on site so the wedding parties and family can gather and celebrate together is another amazing bonus that helps the day run seamlessly! Their people are just phenomenal, from their planning staff to the day-of coordination. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect, allowing couples to truly relax and enjoy their wedding celebration. Literally, nothing is left up to chance! For couples seeking a truly personalized ceremony and reception, I can't recommend the Olde Mill highly enough. They're incredibly accommodating and flexible, allowing you to create a day that reflects your unique love story. (And they have the best fried calamari in the state!) I'd encourage any couple searching for the perfect wedding setting to begin their search here. It may be the first and last place you tour!”

“Where do I even begin? We got married at the Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn on May 23, 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire wedding planning process was made easy thanks to everyone at the OldMill Inn and Grain House. They are very responsive, which is crucial when planning a wedding. My grandmother and grandfather had their wedding reception here back in 1957, so I knew I wanted to meet with them to discuss having my wedding there. It was the first and only venue we met with. After going on a tour and discussing the different packages with Lea, I was sold. They take care of your accommodations, catering, bar, cake, tables, chairs, etc. My wedding planning “to-do” list was cut in half! Everyone is so accommodating and they really work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly. So many guests told us how they never experienced wedding food to this level. Everything was DELICIOUS! Better yet, we actually got to eat as the bride and groom. The property itself is gorgeous. John was our Matre d’ and he was the best! He made sure we stayed on time, he ran food from the cocktail hour to me and my husband when we were taking photos, and he coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Once again I had guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he is. I also had guests reach out after to tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of our vendors were fantastic but the Old Mill Inn and Grain House really did the bulk of the work to make it an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was wonderful to stay in, everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day, everything was perfect and I really have the Old Mill Inn and the Grain House to thank for that. I would recommend the Old Mill Inn and the GrainHouse to anyone planning a wedding. It really is the ONLY choice in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.”

“The whole team at The Albion really made our wedding dreams come to life - they are the absolute best and so much fun to work with. Deidre and Jennifer were kind and genuinely excited about every idea I brought to them during the planning process. Deidre, the manager, is so organized and thoughtful; from our very first tour, she made the entire timeline feel seamless. And as a type A bride, I had many questions lol Our guests are still raving about the food, the venue itself, and about how much fun the day was - The Albion knows how to throw a BANGER!!! The hotel is stunning and gave us the perfect non-traditional backdrop we were looking for. It was such a perk to have everything including ceremony, reception and after party all in the same location so no one had to worry about transportation, too. Kevin, the maître d’, and the entire day-of team were so on top of every detail. They had all of our decor and personal items packed up neatly and exactly as they came in, which we appreciated so much. And most memorably, Jennifer was right there for the nerve wracking moment before we walked down the aisle — so calming, so supportive, and so clearly passionate about what she does. Overall, our day was everything we wanted: the most special ceremony followed by the most lit dance party ever. We could not imagine a better venue or better people!!”

On the second floor, The Overlook is a cozy room perfect for a rehearsal dinner or cocktails, connected to The Perch which overlooks The Garden. Downstairs, there's Narcissa restaurant, which boasts its own private terrace, the street-side Café Standard, and NO BAR, a highly inclusive new wave gay bar with custom artwork and a disco ball.

“Having never been privy to what goes into a wedding reception, I was in the dark about a lot. So, I had difficulty understanding what to choose and how much our choices would cost. If it wasn’t for the close proximity to the church, I may have chosen a different venue for our reception. The food and beverage was the biggest expense and the biggest source of confusion. The real disappointment of the F&B was the limited amount of food. The shrimp appetizer was good. However, there was so little, if you didn’t grab some, it was gone. Of the three entrees to choose from, the only one that was any good was the fish and the portion was less than one would reasonably expect for an entree. The chicken was dry and hard, a huge disappointment. The lemon tart dessert was good. The space itself is very nice. Fortunately, it was just the right size for our reception.”

“Having a Celebration of Life was definitely more focused on the positives of a sad occasion but it's nonetheless stressful. You still have all of the responsibilities of the hostess and getting your relatives there on time and making decisions prior to the event. I can't thank the staff at the Benjamin enough for guiding me through the process and for handling everything when we got there. I really didn't feel like I had much to handle when we got there. We were able to decorate the way we wanted to and were provided with a tv to run a slide show. One more thing...the food was great!”

“Despite the change of hospitality groups, the team at Ace Hotel Brooklyn was amazing to work with for our wedding. They offer an all-inclusive package that, at the time of our wedding, included the entire second floor for the day of our event, linens for tables, catering, and staffing for the entire day. We were also able to book the Ace Suite and have a hotel block for a discounted rate for our guests. The catering team was amazing and was very accommodating for different dietary restrictions that I, some guests, and vendors each had. We can’t thank Tricia, Susannah, and Paul enough for their helping us bring everything together! Photographer: Kara McCurdy”

“Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. So much of that sentiment is due to the amazing setting we had, but more importantly all the people who made it possible. From day one, Eman stood out as a trusted advisor and throughout the process turned into a friend. The staff on the day of our wedding was unbelievable. Everyone made us feel like royalty, especially our bridal assistant, Jadelyn. The views, the FOOD, the service... ALL incredible. We chose Ravel because we planned our wedding from LA and needed as much help as we could get. Eman was an incredible partner throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Ravel enough for anyone's wedding or celebration. We just might have to do it again next year..”

“Our guests were enchanted by the skyline views and the delicious bites and drinks. Everyone was very impressed by the turnover from ceremony space to reception. It was incredibly quick and smooth. The team was a well oiled machine, They handled every transition and any small hiccup with precision and grace. The personal attention given to the couple throughout the reception was greatly appreciated. The attention to detail day of was a wonderful contrast to their more hands-off approach to the pre-planning. The front desk staff at the hotel provided exceptional service from handling questions about the room block to tracking down and setting up a pack and play for the littlest guest. Every staff member that we encountered was professional, warm, and welcoming.”

“Last month we hosted our 125 person wedding at the Wythe Hotel in our local Brooklyn. We could not have asked for a more beautiful city venue or a more helpful team. Our sales director JD and our event coordinator Cassie are such pros-- both veterans of the NYC wedding industry-- and they helped make the day a real breeze. At the Wythe you really get what you pay for. We had a Saturday "off-season" wedding so the F&B minimums were high but easily met with our guest count. Our 395 a head included a premium open bar, multiple signature cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, a market station, a plated family style meal, coffee service, a wedding cake, all hospitality staff, coat check, A/V team, and hotel discounts. If we hadn't wanted to add extra florals and decor, the space truly would've been gorgeous bare. The Wythe team helped us manage the rest of our vendors and recommended some if we needed. We stayed onsite in one of their giant suites, which was perfect for getting ready and for first look photos. Cannot recommend this vendor enough!!”

“We got married at Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor last weekend and to say it was perfect would still be an understatement. All but two of our vendors were internally through the venue and they took care of everything! From food to cake to makeup and hair to decorations, the Stroudsmoor team did a fantastic job putting together such a magical day for my husband and I. Our closest guests and us stayed for the weekend and enjoyed their gorgeous rooms with woodsy views and a delicious breakfast buffet for both mornings. Throughout the weekend, the staff were friendly and personable and were a part of some of our best memories from the weekend. It’s a week later and our guests still have not stopped raving about the food and the incredible service. The price was reasonable and worth every penny! We are extremely happy we made the choice to sign with the Stroudsmoor and look forward to staying here in the future and even attending more weddings here in the future! A huge thank you to Linda, Alex, Kaylie, Corinne, Grayson, Colleen, Gina, and the rest of the Stroudsmoor Team! We are so thankful to have had such a stress free, enjoyable weekend we can remember for the rest of our lives.”

She was extremely communicative, on top of things, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is beautiful, with an old-fashioned, cozy, and warm atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a dream. The fact that it is located so close to Princeton University was a bonus, as we were able to take stunning photos on the campus grounds. The food packages are great and offer a ton of food options. “Choosing Chauncey Hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. The venue is a hidden gem located in Princeton, NJ. It is nestled behind main roads, not far from the downtown but feels very secluded when onsite. We have many out of town relatives so being able to stay at the hotel and have everything onsite was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice perk and convenient spot for everyone to gather. There is also a bar in the lobby which was the perfect space for reconnecting the night before our wedding and for our after party. The Laurie House is a charming historic home that offers a hotel-style stay. It was the perfect space for us and our bridal party to get ready, with a large space for hair/makeup, "getting ready" photos, and a boardroom for signing our marriage license after the ceremony. The surrounding property is beautiful and offered many areas for photos surrounded by trees and other natural scenery. The staff at Chauncey was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs all weekend. Becki in particular went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator. She made herself available to meet in person and virtually before our wedding. Every interaction with Becki made us feel more ready and prepared for our big day! In the days leading up to the wedding, we were able to drop off decor for her ahead of time and she also led our rehearsal! Becki took the time to check in with us the day-of and looked after our family and bridal party to make sure they had everything they needed. Making sure we had our cues before walking down the aisle was so helpful. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her!”
