“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. Also, I was impressed that he attended the walk through of the Whittemore House a month prior to the wedding, asking pertinent questions of the Whittemore staff about the placement of various things and how best to provide the sound amplification that would be needed. He provided wireless mics which worked really well for the toasts. Kelton did a great job as the master of ceremony and his mix of the selected music was fun and fabulous. He had the crowd dancing, rocking to the music. Many of the older folks told me that they hadn’t danced in years but were having lots of fun doing so then. Having him on our wedding team instilled so much confidence in me, my daughter and new son-in-law, who is an amateur DJ. They were so taken by Kelton that, if possible, they would like to attend future events at which Kelton is the DJ!! I HIGHLY recommend him.”

“Chris and Sarah played for our wedding at the MAAS building and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sarah set up meetings with us to discuss our expectations and day of timeline, and find out more about our music tastes. It felt very customized to us! We asked for an acoustic instrument rendition of Zeppelins “The Rain Song” for the wedding party processional and Chris knocked it out of the park. He also played a light jazzy “Isn’t she Lovely” , for the Bride’s walk down the aisle. It was perfect. Sarah’s voice is beautiful, the DJing was amazing. We got endless compliments. We closed down with the last remnants on the dance floor…. And Chris and Sarah endured haha - They kept the energy alive until late. Also - Accommodated our guests requests into the mix!
