“I have seen JAMS at multiple weddings prior to the most important, and that is why they were and are my number one selection for all things audio, lighting, "extras" and planning for weddings and events. Every. Single. Thing. they did beat all of my expectations. No one I have recommended them to has ever been disappointed AT ALL! This is the kind of vendor you go out of the way to thank the person who recommended them. I thought I had a picture of what I wanted down to even the tiniest of details. They did those details with professionalism, timeliness and clarity, and then went beyond. They clearly understand the ins and outs of how to navigate the most important day in someone's life and their business at the same time. They truly cared about my husband and I, and our bridal party, and our family. We requested songs the day of, did spontaneous karaoke, DJ Jake followed our song recommendation and "please no" list, he has bubbles and an incredibly impressive DJ set up. His DJ set up was so well done, it actually added an extra touch to our reception area and took it to a new level. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire time because he knew how to read the room and what to play. They did a great job capturing the most important moments and highlighting them in the videography. Everything was great. We also didn't have a wedding planner at first and they do planning as well, which ended up being CRUCIAL! My mom and aunt and BFF actually enjoyed the wedding instead of running it. I owe SO MUCH to this company for making the best day of my life flawless and unforgettable!”

“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“I have been so excited to write this glowing review for the DJ services provided by Richard! Richard was phenomenal! First and foremost I feel like he was very thorough when we went over all the details over the phone ahead of the wedding. His DJ booth was able to show our engagement photos during the wedding as a slide show, but it also played music videos during open dance, which we all thought was so cool! I feel that he executed all of my requests to perfection, mind you I had certain songs starting and stopping at very particular times down to the second (I'm a bit of a perfectionist). Richard was not just your typical DJ hype man (which he absolutely was), but went above and beyond! Richard was the first person to hand me a signature cocktail from the bar and checked in to see if we needed anything as the night went on. He was also the guy that held up the bubble machine over his head so the photographers could get the desired shots for our bubble photo exit. Richard was there the entire night either playing a supportive role or playing music to get people on the dance floor. We had many compliments from guests about the music and how well everything flowed from event to event throughout the night. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Richard and honestly wish I had more needs for a DJ. Because we enjoyed our experience so much, we will definitely try to find celebrations we could have DJ service for in the future. 110% recommend and would use again!”

“Matt provided his services for my husband and I this past weekend for our wedding, and we have nothing but good things to say! When I started wedding planning, the two most important vendors to me was our DJ and photographer. After lots of research and talks with other DJs, I found Matt and I’m so glad I did. “Trust me when I say, book them early and book them now! Spectrum Band was the most affordable band with HIGH quality performance. 2 years later and people still comment on how much energy the band brought to our reception! I was a very particular bride when it came to our music, and they followed my suggestions to a “T” AND they even learned our first dance song so we could dance to it live and not have a recorded version. “When you meet your wedding vendors and your first thought is, “I could most definitely hang out with you,” that’s when you know you’re making a great call. Meeting with Aaron felt a lot like this. Not only did Aaron manage our wildly different music taste with ease, he also provided endless education on how to help the party feel like a party. I can personally attest that there was a point in the planning process where Aaron had to take the wheel, my brain was overcooked, and he handled our playlists and ideas perfectly.
