He works with all wedding vendors on site to insure that all planned activities are executed with excellence throughout the event. Yes. A portable sound system with two (2) wireless hand-held microphones and one (1) microphone stand can be used for the ceremony and reception with a larger sound and lighting system being used for the reception.
Yes. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
I set up 30 - 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. When multiple locations are required, timing needed between locations is discussed during the event planning meeting to accommodate appropriate time for set up and tear down.
I present a fun and engaging atmosphere that appeals to all audiences. I set the tone and vibe for the event based on your preference that we discuss in the event planning meeting. I believe in meeting with clients in person or virtually ahead of the event to talk through the plans to ensure we are creating a playbook that will deliver on their vision. In addition to serving as DJ during the event, I also serve as event planner by working directly with all onsite vendors to coordinate and insure all activities are proceeding to the plan.
Yes. I take requests with discretion... meaning that requests should fit in the theme and vibe clients have requested for the event. All music is radio edited with no profanity. Clients reserve the right to not to accept requests from guests.
