From the moment we stepped in to the event office to just sit down and see what they had to offer, We knew this is where we wanted to get married! Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to. We were given a timeline as to when we had to have certain things done and when we should schedule the next appointment. We ended up ahead of the game, which put all the anxieties at ease. Our event coordinator was Alex, she was absolutely amazing! So personable and caring. I went in having absolutely nothing planned other than my colors, and she helped us put everything g together with such ease. We got married at Lawnhaven, and all of our guests were throughly impressed with the event in its entirety. They made it so easy to put the menu together and fined vendors with their tasting events. We were surprised at how much fun my husband and I had planning everything! If I had to do it again I would not change anything!!

This is by far the most romantic, breath taking and incredible location for a wedding. My *now* husband, Todd, and I toured The North Shore house back in January 2025. We fell in love instantly and this was in the dead of winter where the trees were bare and the ground was frozen. We saw the pictures and I knew instantly that this venue would be stunning during the summer/fall time. I remember meeting the owner during that tour and how incredibly sweet she was. When the manager, Eric, gave us all the preliminary details, I began tearing up from excitement. “This is it,” I thought so I asked to have a moment with my fiancé to discuss, after nudging him under the table. When Eric left the room, I blurted out instantly, “This is it! We found it! I want it!” Todd agreed and so began the planning stages with Emma, our events coordinator. Emma is beyond prepared and brilliant. She asked us so many important questions and made the planning process easy. She was super detailed, super knowledgeable and clearly an expert in wedding planning. Her recommendations were always the best choices and she was incredibly responsive throughout. I cannot express to you how incredible she is and how much I recommend working with Emma. She’s lovely, brilliant, and made the entire journey less stressful. The day of our wedding, there were some unforeseen things that came up but Emma took care of everything. She was always direct, communicative and respectful. She thought of things way before we could anticipate the need. A small example of this was our extra flowers. We had flowers lined down the aisle during the ceremony. She asked if she could repurpose them during the reception once the ceremony concluded. We said yes. She immediately repurposed them as decoration by the bar and made the area more beautiful. Now, the venue and inn itself. All my guests voiced how stunning the venue is from the ceremony location outdoor by the lake, to the reception space with the polished wood, and each individual room. My guests are telling me they felt like they escaped the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan area to a completely new country on a mountain top by the lake. Everyone felt the romantic setting come to life. The best part? We had the entire place to ourselves since they only do 1 wedding per day, so your guests can walk the grounds without interrupting another ceremony. Let’s talk food! I will quote a friend of mine who ran up to me on the dance floor yelling, “OMG. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST STEAK IVE EVER HAD AT A WEDDING!!!” People are raving to us constantly about the food. The lobster station was a hit! The hanger steak was by far the most loved dish. Every single selection was delicious. I loved how incredibly accommodating they are with allergies and dietary restriction. I’m gluten free, so anything I was given was made sure to be gluten free. Even the staff knew this so they alerted me what wasn’t gluten free so that I knew. The North Shore House makes your wedding dream come true; ours truly was the perfect day with the perfect weather and the perfect food.

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Rutherfurd Hall earlier this year, and we can't speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is breathtaking—elegantly designed with gorgeous views, and it has an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and intimate. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Especially when we had a lot of challenges finding a venue for an Indian wedding to fit all your needs! A huge part of what made our day so unforgettable was the incredible service provided by the Director, Nick Serraino. From our very first meeting, Nick went above and beyond to ensure all your requests were accepted. He was incredibly kind, and always available to answer questions (which we had many of) or offer help! His professionalism and warm personality made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. We can’t thank him and his team enough! If you’re looking for a venue that not only offers stunning surroundings but also a team that genuinely goes the extra mile to make your day perfect, look no further than Rutherfurd Hall. Cannot say enough good things about Sylvan Ridge, where we had the most magical wedding weekend earlier this month. It was only the 2nd venue we visited, and we fell in love with it immediately. Absolutely gorgeous space, and all beautifully maintained - from the farmhouse cottage that sleep 16 (so we could stay onsite with our wedding party), to the courtyard space with lovely mountain views, to the barn itself (two levels, fully customizable, with plenty of dance floor left over), to the fairy circle and firepit in the woods where they'll even start the fire for you. We loved that we were able to book an entire weekend, having the place for three days really made it a special experience. Linnea, the owner, is kind, helpful, and super easy to work with; Alyssa is their amazing planner and helped make sure our entire timeline was built out and everything was just right. The photos are stunning and we'll treasure all the memories - from relaxing at the house to the rehearsal dinner to the wonderful wedding day itself, we couldn't be happier. We also LOVED that the venue is dog friendly, so that we could have our dog Miya right there as the ringbearer as well! Thanks Linnea and Alyssa! :)

If you’re reading this review, stop right here and book The Anthracite Center as your venue! Seriously, Ashley is the best person to work with—she answers emails quickly and concisely, always providing the perfect amount of detail to make the planning process smooth and stress-free. We received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was for our wedding, and we felt the same way during our tasting. Ashley and the chef, who I believe is her husband, go above and beyond to ensure the food quality is exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the inside of the venue was! The building is absolutely stunning, and it provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our photos. One of my favorite moments was walking into the reception and seeing our family and friends all around the venue, especially upstairs on the second floor—it was such a cool, unique experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we are so grateful for their hard work. The pricing is also fantastic—it’s straightforward, includes so much, and is truly a great value for what you get. Even though we traveled from outside of Philadelphia, I’m originally from the Pittston area, and it was well worth the trip! I would absolutely book this venue again for future events if I’m having them in the area. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough. We recently had a business event at Hotel Bethlehem. The venue was beautiful. The staff provided amazing service during our event and they were very attentive to our guest needs. The Bellman Barry and one other Bellman were very helpful upon arrival. They also made it easy to enter the hotel for one of our guest in a wheelchair. We had food stations and they were setup with great detail and the meal was delicious! Everyone commented that the food was on point perfect. This comment also came from 3 Chefs that were in the room as guest. Our bartender Steve also made the event special helping serve our guest themed drinks. Kathy our Sales Manager was extremely helpful with the entire process. She made everything run smoothly from the menu selections to the room layout. Our guest are still talking about this event weeks later! We truly appreciate the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff at Hotel Bethlehem.

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we celebrated our Reception at the Wilbur Mansion with Rebecca Ciraco and Christy Jackson as our two right-hand people. Rebecca, our main contact at the Wilbur Mansion, was incredibly kind, patient, and fun to collaborate with. From the moment we met to sign the contract to the final menu selections weeks before the big day, Brandon and I loved working alongside her. Christy managed our event: she handled our signature drink, the linen colors, the layout, and any other little details at the venue. On the wedding day, Christy was the most consistent part of our reception. She made sure we were in the right places at the right times, she bustled my dress with safety pins (when we couldn’t find the little loops and buttons), she took care of talking to our DJ and communicating with staff for us, and she even made sure there was a plate of hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we could eat after our photography session! She checked in on us throughout the event and she made the whole evening a BREEZE. Brandon and I are so incredibly thankful for Rebecca and Christy’s attention and help through our planning process and the event itself-- we truly felt so taken care of and carefree. The Wilbur Mansion is a STUNNING venue, but what truly makes it special is its team. Additionally, the Wilbur has so many beautiful places for photo ops, an excellent staff, and the food was OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. Guests came up to me complimenting the hors d'oeuvres and meals all night at the Reception. Even now, months later, I still have friends recounting our wedding day and how wonderful the food was! Not only that, but hosting an event at the Wilbur Mansion was also a fair price. I can confidently recommend the Wilbur Mansion to anyone looking for an elegant backdrop for their event!

The Silo was a dream wedding venue! The high ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, and amazing backlighting led to wonderful pictures. We had several guests comment on how beautiful the venue was. We utilized floating candles for our centerpieces which played amazingly with the added candles provided by the Farmhouse. The staff was attentive, helpful, and communicative. They paid attention to detail and were always available to put our minds at ease. We also rented the bridal suite and groom’s suite. Both suites were spacious, filled with entertainment, and included private bathrooms and mini fridges. There was plenty of space for my hair and makeup team.. We all had a wonderful time getting ready for the wedding. The food and chef were absolutely incredible. We were able to completely customize the menu by adding things like garlic mashed potatoes and chicken francese. What really stood out is that it felt like we were giving our guests a high end restaurant meal, rather than cookie cutter wedding food.

We had our wedding at the Ryland Inn in August and it was absolutely perfect! The Ryland was the first place we toured when we were looking at wedding venues, and nowhere else came close to comparing. We had Giana as our event stylist and she was amazing – answering all of our questions, knowing every detail, and making the entire process seamless. Giana walked us through the entire wedding planning process and was essential to making the day so perfect. The morning of we got ready in the Hayloft, and it was nice being close to see everything being set up. We were in the Grand Ballroom, the inside of which is beautiful with the chandeliers and fireplace, and so is the outdoor area. The food was outstanding and received so many compliments from our guests. I’m so happy we chose the Ryland Inn!
