Nestled by a creek on 55 acres of rolling farmland, we have recently renovated our 1942 barn back to its former glory while adding a refined "Shabby Chic" style exuding charm and romance. This makes for the perfect setting to host your wedding or special event.

​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!

Triple J Farm is a beautiful setting for all events. We have an indoor barn or outdoor wedding facility by the creek with benches. The barn has heat or can be cooled with indoor ceiling fans and AC units in dressing rooms. Next to the barn is an outdoor saloon/drink station with a large propane events grill as well as a pizza oven. Chairs, tables, linens, dishware, utensils, glasses, serving dishes are included in the price. There is a kitchen with 3 ovens, stove top, microwave, 3 refrigerators for use during your event. There are separate bride and groom dressing rooms as well as 2 bathrooms. The beautiful property has views of Roan Mountain and backs up to the state park. Bordered by a creek, a pond with a waterfall, large outdoor fire pit area with family fun area. There is a large parking area and lots of outdoor space. The Emerald Woods is a beautiful historic venue in Western North Carolina hosting weddings, small personal retreats and private gatherings. Imagine getting married surrounded by forest on all sides, deer hidden in the woods and with the backdrop of a historic house that is hidden from view from the rest of the world. Your host, Lilly Bakken, purchased the property in August of 2020 and since then has renovated every room within the house and is now continuing to add to the landscaping with an abundance of flowering trees, hydrangea, dahlias and other perennials. Many outside seating areas have been added to the property, quiet little nooks for conversation and for guests to connect with each other.

The Barn at Bee Cliff, designed and built by owner John Allen, was completed in June 2020 after two years of labor and love. Nestled on the banks of the Watauga River beneath the Bee Cliff, it offers 1,944 sq ft on the main level, 312 sq ft in the hay loft, and a 520 sq ft covered porch. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, stove, warming oven, microwave, and ample counter space. Two spacious restrooms add convenience, while John’s craftsmanship shines through details of cedar, knotty pine, red oak, ash, and poplar—many reclaimed from an old church. A soaring 30-ft ceiling features trusses strung with decorative lights, and massive garage doors open the barn to river breezes. Outdoor ceremony options abound, with stunning natural backdrops along the riverbank and antique farm equipment offering unique photo opportunities.

Conveniently located between Asheville, Charlotte, and Greenville, The Beck Barn is the perfect place for couples dreaming of having a rustic chic barn wedding. Our barn sits on 13 acres in Forest City, NC and is large enough to comfortably accommodate 200 guests. Our mission is to glorify God by being a faithful steward of everything we have and to demonstrate the love of Christ to everyone we encounter.
