About this venue

​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!

    Zimmerwald Estate Barn and Grainery LLC was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! The communication with the owners was pretty good, and they were best reached by phone. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was the perfect place - the venue is absolutely gorgeous and so spacious, our guests never felt crowded. The owners and managers are the most friendly, generous people, and they went above and beyond to make our day everything we wanted. They were so helpful and kind, offering to assist with a lot and being attentive to the bride's needs. They even offer event planner services, Katie, she was wonderful and offered great advice on setting up the venue. With their stunning property and incredible service, I would give Zimmerwald Estate Barn and Grainery LLC a 10/10 rating. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to this amazing team!

    Zimmerwald Estate Barn and Grainery LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was clear, professional, and concise - they were always on point and easy to work with, even remaining calm throughout the process. The quality of their work was simply amazing - the venue was absolutely beautiful, and we felt we received incredible value for the price. Katie was particularly wonderful, as she was spot on with executing our vision for the day. The entire Zimmerwald family made us feel like part of their own, and they have truly become a part of our wedding story.
