“We had the most amazing time working with Ali! We had kind of a long engagement and we initially started working with Ali over a year and a half before our wedding to get our engagement photos done. Leading up to our wedding day, Ali was amazing at coordinating the day of timeline with our coordinator and making sure that all the elements that were important to us were included so that we had enough time to capture the moments. “One of the most important wedding elements for me and my now husband was the photography. We were immediately drawn to Amy's natural but bold, candid and fun style, as well as her transparent pricing. She was great to communicate with from the very beginning, answering all of our very detailed questions almost a year before our wedding even took place. And on the day itself? She was incredible! My husband and the groomsmen got into an accident on their way to the venue, which obviously stressed him out on top of significantly delaying our first look. Amy helped calm him down to bring him back to the moment and found unplanned pockets of time during the wedding to take some more pictures of just us. We were so impressed with how much she covered without a second photographer—even our guests commented on how she seemed to be everywhere at once! She has such a knack for capturing the fleeting, special moments, and for making people feel comfortable right off the bat. Finally, we were also amazed at the turnaround on the pictures. Amy had sneak peaks ready for us only 2 days after our wedding, and we had the rest about 5 1/2 weeks later. The variety of shots she was able to get makes it seem like she had second shooter (but she's just that good). Our first look was perfect. She made sure we got some golden hour shots and then got us right back to dinner so we could eat. She also is incredible at giving minor adjustment tips to make sure we weren't doing anything weird with our hands lol. Additionally, and this was big for me, working with her ahead of the wedding she reminded me how to be excited for this day. Wedding planning was stressful, but every time I got to talk to Lo she got me back to a place of being excited and joyful. The day-of when she showed up, she helped make sure we had everything covered, and kept me calm even when some things went wrong. I felt like I not only had a great photographer, but a friend who had my back and wanted to make sure my day went perfect. I am so glad we hired Lo. My groom teared up looking back at some of these photos. Hire Lo!”
