The Queen Theater was the perfect location for an alternative bride. I absolutely loved this venue from top to bottom. I first walked in for a show when I was in my 20s, and immediately told my sister, 'I’m getting married here!' It was even more perfect than I could have imagined—gorgeous and beyond my wildest dreams. I received so many compliments on the venue. The acoustics were perfect, the dance floor popping, and everything was just awesome. Highly recommend this stunning spot for anyone looking for something unique! Maren was the absolute best - sadly she is leaving for a new job opportunity, so hopefully they find someone as wonderful as her. Allison and everyone else we dealt with were also a joy to work with. From start to finish, the team at Harry's Savoy Ballroom provided exceptional service and support for our wedding day. Their communication was great; they were always informative and timely in their responses. The ballroom itself is a beautiful space, and we loved that our guests could also enjoy the lovely outdoor patio. Carina was our wedding coordinator and was fantastic from the beginning! She was on top of everything and made sure our wedding day was perfect! We looked at several venues, but Penn Oaks had everything we were looking for and more. There’s a lot included in their 2 wedding packages, which made our decision easy. The bridal suite is very spacious and big enough for my bridal party of 7. Cocktail hour was a hit! They have two beautiful ceremony options (inside/outside) and are flexible if a change needed to be made due to weather. Don’t miss this venue!

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding We cannot recommend Guilford Hall enough as a wedding venue. From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The combination of the industrial aesthetic with Art Deco details set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. We held our ceremony in the Beer Garden, hosted cocktail hour in the Beer Garden using the Cocktail Room and Cigar Lounge, and had our reception upstairs in the Crown Room. The flow of the event worked perfectly, and the pictures we captured in those spaces are absolutely incredible. The venue fit our style in every way. We chose a buffet for dinner, and it was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the food—especially the crab cakes, chicken, and steak. Our signature drinks were made just how we wanted them, and the bar service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Chef Mauricio and the entire kitchen staff for going above and beyond to help us curate the perfect menu and flawlessly serving 115 guests. The food was incredible and never stopped coming—our guests couldn’t stop raving. We also want to give special recognition to Dani, the Events Planner at Guilford Hall. Dani made us feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and without her, we would have been all over the place. She is absolutely incredible—if you have the chance to work with her, take it. She went above and beyond every step of the way to make our day perfect. Working with the entire Guilford Hall team was an absolute breeze. Every staff member was professional, accommodating, and dedicated to making our vision come to life. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did to help us host the wedding and reception of our dreams. The communication with Springfield Country Club was prompt and clear throughout the entire wedding planning process! The space was timeless and classy, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Milton was ready with blankets for the golf cart and always checking in with us in case we needed anything, and Nancy was always delightful and on top of everything that needed to be done. Our best man wasn’t able to attend due to deployment and the co-best man coordinated a video to play during the speech, the process day of was seamless and we are thankful he was able to say some words on our wedding day! We had such a great time working with Nancy and the entire Springfield Country Club team - the entire wedding was perfect!

"We had our ceremony and reception at The Ardmore Music Hall July 2017 and would choose it all over again! Our guests rave to us still that it was the coolest and best wedding they have ever attended. We are owners of a party band that perform at reception venues all over the tri-state area and we chose AMH because we wanted to marry on stage in a fun, relaxed, and unique environment. The staff could not have been more service-oriented from preplanning meetings up to and including servicing the guests. We have many compliments for the manager Sara for allowing us to decorate as we wanted, making "themed cocktail drinks", coordinating the rest of the very friendly staff and for going above and beyond etc.. We had many bands play throughout the evening and all of the musicians were impressed with the sound crew at AMH, they were absolutely perfectionists with the sound and lighting! Most compliments that we received were that it was such a warm, cool vibe, filled with love throughout the event....exactly what we hoped for. "

We had our wedding reception at Rivet in October and it was an absolute dream. Harry and his staff went above and beyond what we were imagining. We were able to have a band, a DJ, and a cocktail musician that were all outstanding. Rivet was even able to provide sound and lighting technicians that made sure everything ran smoothly. We had 240 guests with plenty of space and guests, both old and young had the best time. We used catering from J.J. Ratigan Brewery and Three Brothers Grill that provided a unique and excellent dining experience that we’re still hearing compliments on. The venue itself provides such a unique wedding atmosphere and was WAY more affordable than all of the “big name” places in the area. My only complaint is that the night couldn’t last longer! 10/10 experience.
