About this venue

We're a blank slate and host weekend weddings, so estimates given are for Friday - Sunday morning. We also have 15 years experience and know how to help with all the details. Our point is surrounded by miles of water, with sunrise over the Choptank River and sunset over the Chesapeake Bay. We have no neighbors, no cut-off times, and we customize our weddings using our local vendors. We have no hidden fees. We set up meetings with your vendors and you pay them directly. Because we have one of the most unique locations, we had hosted some of the most unique weddings guests have ever attended. The privacy of our point ensures the freedom to make your day as special as you are as a couple. And with plenty of time, there is no rush enjoying the point with your friends and family.

Tent on the Great Lawn

The most unforgettable wedding they have ever attended.

Our tent lawn accommodates tents for 20 up to 500 guests. Couples typically have their ceremony in the east garden, followed by cocktails on the west lawn, then dinner and dancing under a sailcloth tent. The sky is the limit, and you decide the style. From shorts and flip-flops to a formal plated dinner under chandeliers; from a DJ next to a photo booth, to a fifteen piece band followed by fireworks over the end of the point.

Eastern Shore Tent and Events is the best on the eastern shore. We provide an initial questionnaire, and then set up a meeting with their staff once you've booked. After 15 years, we know ESTE will customize everything about your rentals, so you are spending money on things you care about. Your tent will go up mid-week, and not come down until after you leave. So planning the many parts of your weekend is easy, you'll have everything you need, and we make the transitions.
