For more intimate events, our Bourbon Bar and glass-enclosed patio provide ideal settings for mid size groups. Additionally, we provide a boardroom perfect for small business meetings. Our picturesque gazebo overlooking the course offers a stunning outdoor backdrop. Indoor ceremonies can be held in any of our main rooms, including our terrace with a view of hole 18.

With our beautiful brunch wedding package, you and your guests will enjoy an elegant celebration, all while having the night to spend at your leisure! This four-hour package is available for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday afternoons 12 - 4 pm

An amazing wedding day
Penn Oaks Golf Club made planning our wedding feel effortless from start to finish. When we had a coordinator change, Ramona stepped in and took care of everything—from the food and cake to the ceremony details—without missing a beat. The indoor and outdoor spaces are stunning, and we loved the vendor recommendations they provided since we knew we could trust their suggestions. Their team responded quickly to our questions and was willing to work with us on any changes we needed. Penn Oaks truly helped make our day special, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a responsive, supportive team.

Great Venue!
From the moment we started planning, Penn Oaks Golf Club made the whole process feel easy. The team responded quickly to our questions and was straightforward about everything we needed to know, which made planning stress-free. Their pricing is hard to beat, and the packages they offer give you real value for what you're getting. On our wedding day, they went out of their way to accommodate the requests we threw at them, and nothing felt like too much to ask. Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was the best decision we made in the entire planning process. Ramona was our venue coordinator and she was outstanding. She oversaw every single aspect of the day with a fine tooth comb and a calm presence. I even forgot my wedding shoes at the hotel and she was kind enough to offer to go get them for me- just above and beyond service. We truly felt like our big day was a priority and Ramona saw our vision & executed perfectly. Big shoutout to the catering manager Lisa, she was the smiling face that always had kind things to say to us, always offering to help in any way she could. The bartenders were amazing, they made our guests laugh and contributed to an all around amazing night. With all the venues to choose from now for a wedding, Penn Oaks made our planning process seamless, stress free, and FUN!

In the Middle
The team at Penn Oaks Golf Club was great to work with leading up to our wedding day. They mostly communicated through email and were fairly quick with their responses, which was helpful during the planning process. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, with plenty of room to accommodate all of our guests. They were also accommodating in letting me get into the bridal suite early on the day of, which was a huge help. However, there were some issues with the service on the day - a number of my guests were served cold food and had to wait for their meals after everyone else had finished eating, which I was never informed about by the staff. Additionally, we paid for a photo booth but the attendant was missing multiple times throughout the night, and I had to go searching for help. Overall, the venue is lovely but the service issues were disappointing and detracted from our special day.

The best day ever!
Penn Oaks was amazing!! From our first walk thru to our big day, everything was perfect. Carina helped us with every little detail. She was super easy to communicate with and took so much time making sure everything was exactly how we wanted. We loved that they have packages that incorporate all of your wedding day needs. The packages included so many perks like our beautiful cake from The Master’s Bakery, use of their centerpieces and other decor, valet parking, cost check, etc. The day of was a dream, everything went off without a hitch. All the food was delicious, from cocktail hour to our end of the night pretzel and hoagie station, 10/10. The bar staff was great as well, with 200 people present there was never a long wait for drinks. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Penn Oaks, and it was the perfect start to our wedding celebrations. Cannot recommend them enough!!
