We are a family owned farm with multiple ceremony sites, the most popular being lakeside. Our authentic 4,000 sf barn is garnished in rustic elegance for that comfortable country feel. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, & large windows overlooking the downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of what used to be the administrative building of Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we are fully equipped with an elevator, an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide two Ready Rooms, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Jackalope Brewing Co. is a welcoming venue for large or small gatherings to celebrate! Our private event space, The Loft, comfortably seats 50 guests & 73 guests standing. The Loft is perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, receptions or farewell brunches. Guests can plan on enjoying a selection of beer, wine, cocktails, & non-alcoholic beverages while overlooking our brewing operations from the second floor windows. Our private Tap Room, is available for larger gatherings up to 275 guests standing or seated. Our outdoor Patio is dog friendly and features optional tenting.
